This kid has an explosive run, similar to Vini, Mbappe, etc. The problem with Rashford is that he is quite lazy and has mentality issues. This kid is hungry and Amorim can make him run A LOT. Garnacho is not explosive enough, same goes with Amad. I agree though that United need someone like those players that you mentioned to play as a No 10 to pair with Bruno or Amad. I heard rumor that Napoli are interested in Garnacho, not sure why United didn't offer Garnacho + money for Kvicha. Maybe he doesn't want to come to United.
