    If you do enjoy your Ojai, they are modularly expandable =). If you get a second, there is a 24V output on the back of them which allows you to use another Ojai conected into this port, and that way you can run another Ojai without a second power transformer plugged into an outlet. This should really help tidy up your board if your other pedals will run off of it! As for why the Julia didn't work, each output on the Ojai is 9V, 500mA with a center-negative pin. It has a 5.5x2.5mm barrel connector. In theory, any pedal meeting these specs should work fine with the Ojai (and Zuma, when it releases).

    Got mine today. Even though I've seen it several times previously, I can't get over how small it is. Works like a champ.

      Yea man saves board real estate! Ha… May have to get a new pedal just to take up that spot ;-)

      how is the noise? Does it handle your pedals well?

      Absolutely silent for all of my pedals with the exception of my FullTone Clyde (that thing is noisy no matter what I do with it). I haven't tried chaining anything, but so far I have it plugged into a Big Sky, Timeline, Mobius, One Control OC-10, and a Keeley GC-2. Dead silent. I'm going to try to chain a few OD's and Fuzz's next.

    Sweet board, I'm going to pickup the bigger Strymon Zuma cause I need 500ma output minimum. My new Earthquaker Devices draws 450ma and my Voodoo Plus 2 doesn't cut it. Love too how I can add an Ojai to the Zuma if needed. Nice vid dude! Beautiful squier Tele too.

    Might I ask what you were using to get that pitch/octave change effect? It has a cool vibe!

    Hi great video man! just a question, if i am to use this under my pedal train, how you would advise me to attach it (a bracket maybe?) thanks!

    • @samknaak
      @samknaak 8 лет назад +1

      Don't have a pedal train... but I would say its again pretty compact and light. I would think it would be easy-peasy to get some of that metal bracing they use on water heaters, the kind with the holes in it... and yes just screw something down that holds it in place. I really dig this one. Easy use

    I will buy Ojai very soon.Just one question.Is it possible to connect more pedals(most of them are with very low current draw like 20Ma,45Ma 100Ma) into one 9V/500Ma input with cables like daisy chain or something.Anyy suggestions.I ask that ,because my pedal board consists of 16 pedals.I think with daisy chain I can connect them trough each input of the Ojai and be fine with that.What do you think guys?Thanks!

      I'll have to try it! I only plugged four pedals. 16 you might want to wait till the put out the big brother to the Ojai. I think its either out or coming out soon. Not sure about the dasiy chain but I'll try it.
