I healed my eyes just by deciding to do it. . .a friend told me when she was in the drugstore, lined up to pay for something and she pulled out her glasses to see the price on the bottom of the item, an old guy standing in line behind her starts laughing. . ."oh you youngsters, you need glasses for everything (she was 55 at the time). . .I'm 85 and I don't wear glasses." So when she told me that story, I decided then and there that if he could do it, I could do it. I had the restriction (that I need glasses to drive) put on my drivers license when I got it when I was 16 years old. Had it on there all these years. This year before I got my drivers license renewed, I went and got my eyes tested, and was told I have 20/20 vision. I went and got my drivers license renewed a few days before my 70th birthday and they took off the restriction.
You create your own reality by conjuring within yourself an emotion that feels good to you no matter what it takes to do that and when you do it consistently your life will respond to your point of attraction (what you want) which you have total control over.

I'm doing eye exercises as well. On my 7th day. Doing the healthy eye challenge by Donna Eden. So far so good. Just have to stay on top of it and be consistent.

The one aspect that I don't think was covered in this recording and I don't think I've ever heard Gerry, Esther or Abraham cover sufficiently for my liking, as much as I do love them, is that sometimes people have an awful lot of pain and trauma from their past that they still have with them and their point of Attraction has been steadily focused on that pain for maybe half a century. How does one move from present state/point of attraction to desired state? In my humble opinion it is sometimes necessary to feel the pain, heal the pain, and then think about where you want to go from there. There is an old saying in psychology that you can't solve a problem with the same level of thinking that created it 🙏
@@tonyhoran1602 the pain and trauma that one’s have experienced will create an improved version in them. That improve/ better version is what that person should be driving for, if they continue to focus the past they will only attract more pain, or pain can be an indicator of how far the person is away from their desired mentality (i.e not in alignment). So AH always say don’t dwell on the pain, just try and shift your focus to the better stuff, just slightly better will be enough, it all about what’s possible in your state, because it’s not possible to jump from unwell to well. But being unwell, and seeing and focusing on the things that are good whether they’re big or small, if you focus on it for long enough, you’ll get better. Trust yourself.

There was an eye exam machine at the Orem, UT DL division that WAS broken. I was only in my early 20s, and the thing was jumping around when you looked into it--you couldn't focus on anything. Sometimes machines ARE broken. Sometimes you need a better machine

Listen to more Abraham Hicks videos, you’ll see the answer is always the same. It’s about alignment with your wellbeing. If you keep “beating the drum” (so-to-speak) of what is, than more of what is will continue to manifest. You cannot hold your attention on what is not wanted and not draw more of that to you. In essence, focus on wellbeing, focus on health, focus on gratitude, focus on feeling good. And more of that will manifest. Your body, and all it’s cells, respond to whatever vibration your sending out..it’s all connected, mind, body, spirit.
Try to stick with natural remedies, as over-the-counter and pharmaceuticals contain many toxins. They are designed to mask symptoms, not designed for health, balance, and harmony within the body. Google natural remedies for your condition, I’ve never had psoriasis but I know organic coconut oil is great for skin.

Her husand Jerry died of cancer, so much for thinking your reality into what you want it to be. How about, if you always got what you wanted instantly, you might be mentally like a baby. Not getting what you want can be a teacher that is more profound than always getting what you want. Too bad she never teaches about that.

Agree, however, humans did not eat mass amounts of refined foods until less than a century ago.
Most foods were made the old fashioned way. So the availability of super refined foods.
We should eat less..far less sugary or refined foods with wheat..but still eat wheat and more natural sugars.
