    Great reaction, thanks!
This was the last encore from the concert "New Year Fox Festival" performed in January 2015 at the Saitama Super Arena (SSA), Greater Tokyo Area, Japan, in front of 20.000+ people.
Yes, Su-metal is the lead singer while Yuimetal and Moametal are in charge of backup vocals and dance. And also of getting the crowd hyped and committed.
They were formed around Su-metal's (Suzuka Nakamoto) powerful vocals and unmatched performing skills.
About "RoR", Herman Li and Sam Totman from Dragonforce collaborated with BABYMETAL, writing guitar arrangements and also playing on the studio version.
More BABYMETAL? Not a problem! This is a nice one and a very important moment for them: "Ijime, Dame, Zettai" (Live at Sonisphere 2014): ruclips.net/video/Ro-_cbfdrYE/видео.html
    Until next time!

"Stand up and shout, Shout!, Justice Forever!" - (Road of Resistance) -
This was at Saitama Super Arena (SSA) in Japan. Sold out crowd of over 20,000.
The Kami Band members that night were Takayoshi Ohmura and Leda Cygnus on guitars, Hideki Aoyama on drums and BOH (Bohte Daisuke) on bass.
Lead singer Su-metal (Suzuka Nakamoto, or Su) had just turned 17 the previous month. Yui and Moa were 15.
I would suggest 'Megitsune' and 'Karate', both BABYMETAL classics.
Then dive into one of Su's solo songs: 'Akatsuki', 'Rondo of Nightmare', 'Amore' or 'No Rain, No Rainbow'.
The two younger members, performing as "Black BABYMETAL" also have four songs they performed as a duo without Su, the lead singer'.
They are 'Onedari Daisakusen', '4 no Uta', 'GJ!' and 'Sis.Anger'.

    Road of Resistance
    Saitama Super Arena (SSA):-
"Road of Resistance" is a song by the Japanese Kawaii metal band Babymetal. The song was released worldwide as a digital single on February 1, 2015 by Toy's Factory, serving as the lead single off the international re-release of the album Babymetal, as well the opening track from Metal Resistance.
    "Road of Resistance":-
    •Single by Babymetal.
    •Album: Metal Resistance.
    •Language: Japanese, English.
    •Released: February 1, 2015.
    •Genre: Kawaii metal, power metal.
    •Length: 5:19.
•Label: BMD Fox, Toy's Factory, Sony Music Entertainment.
    •Composer: Mish-Mosh, Norimetal, Kyt-metal.
•Lyricist: Kitsune of Metal God, Mk-metal, Kxbxmetal.
    •Producer: Kobametal.
    •Kyoto: (arrangement).
    Babymetal singles chronology:-
    •"Megitsune" (2013).
    •"Road of Resistance" (2015).
    •"Gimme Chocolate!!" (2015).
    Background and release:-
"Road of Resistance" includes guest appearances by DragonForce guitarists Herman Li and Sam Totman.
The song would be used to mark the beginning of the band's lore, Metal Resistance Episode III, at the concert held on November 8, 2014 at O2 Brixton Academy in London, which was also the final tour date for the band's Babymetal World Tour 2014.
A trailer for the song was released on January 5, 2015, integrating footage from the debut performance of the song in London. The song was first released as a digital bonus track off the live album Live at Budokan: Red Night, with limited editions of the album containing a download card with a code to download the song at no additional charge. The song was later released as a dedicated digital single on the iTunes Store on February 1, 2015.
Li and Totman are featured on guitars, although they are listed as featured artists in various regions of the re-release of the album Babymetal, on which the song appears as a bonus track, mainly in the United Kingdom.
    Composition:-
Rolling Stone described the song as "power metal" with "shiny pop harmonies". Rock Sound called the song "everything we’d expect from [Babymetal] with a bit of Dragonforce’s exhilarating, flame-fingered guitar added in for good measure." Matt Evans of The List called the song an "empowering hyperspeed anthem". According to Kadokawa, the song consists of twin shred guitars courtesy of Li and Totman, with a dynamic sound derived of melodic speed metal. The lyrics are described as a narrative on the Metal Resistance, which the band adopted on their world tour. It has also been considered the "final stage" of Babymetal and the prologue to Metal Resistance, and a transition performance that demonstrates the band's growth from the previous album.
According to Su-metal, the song refers to the Metal Resistance lore, described as "the story of Babymetal traveling across the world in the hopes of creating a new metal to unify the world as we break through the barriers of language and borders. In the middle of the song there is a part where we go, ‘Wow, Wow’ and this is where our fans from around the world can sing with us at our concerts. I hope people will listen to our album and support us at our shows." Yuimetal stated in an interview with Metal Hammer that "Road of Resistance" is her favorite song from Metal Resistance, explaining that it "has been performed at so many concerts, so a lot of memories are jam-packed. The lyrics are positive, the sound is so cool, and [the] dance is so powerful."
•Recorded by Watametal and Adrian Breakspear.
    •Mixed by Ettore Rigotti
    Personnel:-
    •Suzuka Nakamoto (Su-metal) - Main vocals.
•Yui Mizuno (Yuimetal) - Backing vocals.

    Saitama Super Arena:-
"Saitama Super Arena (さいたまスーパーアリーナ, Saitama Sūpā Arīna) is a multi-purpose indoor arena located in Chūō-ku, Saitama, Saitama Prefecture, Japan. It opened preliminarily on May 5, 2000, and then officially opened on September 1 of the same year. Its spectator capacity is 36,500 at maximum settings,[3] making it the second-largest indoor arena in the world. The main arena capacity is between 19,000 and 22,500".
    •Owner: Saitama Arena Corp.
    •Capacity: 36,500 (stadium setting) 18,000 (arena setting).
The arena was designed by Dan Meis, who at the time was working for architecture firm Ellerbe Becket, together with Nikken Sekkei. Meis's design was selected as a result of an international design competition. The arena features a gigantic movable section of seating which can reduce capacity for smaller events and create a more intimate setting.
It is a favorite venue for puroresu (Japanese professional wrestling) and mixed martial arts (MMA). It has also hosted other sports events such as boxing, basketball, volleyball, tennis, ice hockey, and gymnastics. It is the only Japanese arena equipped especially for American football.
It formerly housed the John Lennon Museum, which displayed John Lennon memorabilia and closed in 2010.

Great & thanks from Japan 有難う💛。Your questions will be answered by fans who are better at English than me. BM played this RoR at every venue in their 2019 US tour (19 concerts + 1 festival covering 18 states). The crowd involvement (mosh pit, call & response, chant etc.) breaks out wherever they go on this planet. You will find videos showing 17,500 American audiences doing the same chanting (even much longer one) at the Forum, LA on Oct. 11, 2019. In your video, Su shouted some words at 08:35 meaning "Bring them on!". Fans analyzed that the provocative shout was thrown at people who had been ignoring, underrating, mocking, hating and even trying to discredit BABYMETAL. That shout may have been necessary in 2015 but not any longer. She shouted it rarely since then. Now in 2021, on the final day (April 15) of 10 BABYMETAL BUDOKAN concerts, Su shouted the same words in the end-all of the show. She did it smilingly with mild and friendly voice. It meant, I believe, "come on guys!" The audience smiled her back. I was there at the venue ヽ(^o^)丿

The guys in the skeleton suits in the Gimme Chocolate video are called the "Babybones." They are actors, not the actual musicians, miming playing to a pre-recorded backing track. In the earliest days of Babymetal, they couldn't afford to have the live band for entire shows, so the first few songs were usually done that way, then they would bring on the live band for the last few songs. Once they started getting noticed, they switched to using the live band full time. It was just a money issue in the early days.

From the Babymetal Reactor Resource ruclips.net/video/q40VmTHSh4c/видео.html
Going forward, if reactors want to keep reacting to the videos, I've come up with a solution that will make it possible to continue using the videos with logos that have already been tested against blocks.
    I've made a spreadsheet - docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ZYdthVAHYaOAYL6AuhVOHotQinMoPPFEuspqDMIIGD4/edit#gid=0
with links to both the logo videos and the non logo videos and are hosing them on a Russian social media site that won't remove them, and is out of the reach of the copyright trolls. There are a bit over 30 videos on there now, but I'll keep uploading more every day until they're all back up. I'll also be adding new videos that I'll test on an alt RUclips account before adding to the spreadsheet.
If you can't access the spreadsheet for whatever reason, here are direct links to both the non logo videos and the videos with logos:
    No logos - ok.ru/video/c6630874
    With logos - ok.ru/video/c7184602
For reactors that want to put your own logo over the videos, here is a link to the logos I use that are already made transparent - drive.google.com/file/d/1JUVfJGp36xR2n1FHl7PzRIxXhA5P4VyW/viewor you can use whatever logo you'd like.
You can download the videos, which I recommend since the site can be a bit laggy sometimes, from this free website - sovid.net/ I recommend using the "HD" option when downloading to keep the file size reasonably small.
Although there are other videos on my channel there, only use the ones on the spreadsheet because some of the other non logo videos aren't RUclips safe.

Nice reaction. First Go Cowboys. Next as young as they were here. Babymetal had already been performing on stage years. Su the lead singer had sang in front of over 20k before she hit 12 years old. They started very young individually. Together since Su was 12 and and Yui and Moa were 10. Comfortable on stage like pros. These days Su just turned 24 on Dec 20th, 2021. She was born to be there. Yui left the group for health reason in 2018. And Moa not enough could ever be said about Su's right hand. Now just to clear something up from the gimme Chocolate video. The guys in the bone's outfits were not actually playing. Before Babymetal could afford a backing band they had them pretend to play while they sang to music tracks. Later in that same concert they introduced their backing band known as the Kamiband. Greatly talented group of guys. Hang on to watching them as you continue your journey down the fox hole. I think you're going to enjoy watching them play. Babymetal are the monster ladies of metal as Rob Halford called them. The original 3 Su Yui and Moa. Now just Su and Moa. Currently on a well-deserved break called sealed by their producer. With covid going around it's more like protecting the product and the fans. Babymetal draws large audiences. When they break the seal and return to touring it will only be when they feel the fans can be safe to come see them. Enjoy your journey through the Babymetal galaxy of music.

This was the song that sold me on BM. I was initially interested by Megitsune way back in 2014 and then saw ROR at Saitama in 2015 and became a fan because I ended the song an emotional wreck. They take you from one pinnacle to another and just keep on going. They specialize in sensory overload with the singing, dancing, instruments, staging, pyro and the crowd. But for me the real hero is the drummer, Hideki Aoyama, I think this song averages over 200 BPM...OMFoxG.
The song has a strong Dragonforce vibe because Li and Totman worked on it and play it on the album, but I like this live Kami Band version more. The concert has a great stage set up and the famous Yui leap over Moa during IDZ as well as this definitive performance. "Road of Resistance" is about fighting and resisting even if you can't see the way ahead; that's a common theme for Babymetal songs. There are translations of all the songs over at the "du-metal blogspot", but the ability to connect with a 20k audience or a single RUclipsr and over come the language barrier is one of the things that makes BM special.
At the end of the crowd "wows" I love the combination of the insanely fast guitar riff and the dance sequence that ends with the girls standing strongly and outlined by the lights, that's where I really get the chills. It shows how well the Babymetal team works to bring together music, singing, dancing and stage and lighting design. They use theatrical elements really well and the whole team are incredibly talented.

This is always a great video to get into Babymetal. The 3 girls (lead singer Su, Yui and Moa) have always had a huge stage presence since they formed in 2010. Their stage presence along with a command of large crowds are SECOND TO NONE! Great reaction. Don't let the cute faces and tutus fool you. These girls are the real deal. Highly professional and polished performers who will absolutely blow you away. They also happen to be the sweetest and most humble girls in music. The talent speaks for itself. They are adults now and Su’s. voice had matured beautifully. If you want to try something newer try “Kagerou” with kami band intro. About as traditional as this band gets and shows their mature side beautifully.

First of all at 4:15, the hand sign is the fox sign, and if you look closely, you will find that the fox sign will sing with them.
Secondly, my opinion about the lyrics is that you can Google the lyrics before watching the video and then watch the video, so that you can focus on watching the performance and understand what they are singing and performing.
Third, I recommend that next time you can react to
    1. BabyMetal - KARATE (live UK Download 2016)

Great reaction and well you wanted some new good music and there ya go. Welcome to the fox hole, hang on its a long ride. Babymetal started in 2010, they were 10 and 12 years old when this all started, so you have about 12 years of content to work through :). They have 3 albums and lots of songs, it really depends on if you want to listen to early, mid or modern Babymetal songs. The problem is there are no bad songs, they all sound different and the live shows are some of the best out there and geared toward crowd participation. But for where you are right now, I'd suggests Headbanger Live @ Legend of 1997 concert, followed by BxMxC (BMC= Babymetal Cypher) live or the Music video either is great and represents one of their latest songs. Once those are done kinda up to you which direction you take. Can do Babymetal Death or Tales of the Destinies quickly followed by The One as they are a matched pair.
I could go on and on listing songs, but I'm sure you will find your path. #notacult

As you noted, they are definitely about the show: They were Japanese pop trained before this initial side thing to that became their main thing. Japanese pop typically starts with the philosophy that if you aren’t putting on a show that the audience can get into and interact with you are doing it wrong. As Moa's mom said: school comes first, if you grades slip you can't do all these other things.

The people wearing a skeleton suit on the Gimme Chocolate Performance were called "Skeleton babies". The Hand sign is called the "Fox sign" they do it differently from the classic demon "horn and tail" sign. They have a concept where the whole band is all about the Vocalist, Su-Metal. The backing band is the "Kami Band". "Kami" means "god" pertaining to the gods of musical instruments. They look like ghosts because the concept is that the Fox God called them back from the dead to play music for Su-Metal. The two girls, Moa-Metal and Yui-Metal are focused on shout and dance and mainly helps a lot in controlling the crowd. Yui-Metal left Babymetal in 2018 due to undisclosed health issue. Since then, Yui is replaced by dancers called "The Avengers" so the only official members of the band left are Su-metal(Main Vocalist) and Moa-Metal(Scream and dance). Just October this year, the band announced that they will be going on hiatus. No one knows what are their next plans. You just wait because I'm sure fans would be pouring down on the comment section. Wait for Grington300300. You will surely learn a lot from him.

I was using the exact same sign when I was a kid in the 1970s. There is nothing unique, new or "metal" about it. It didn't symbolize a fox. It symbolized a Jackal, like Anubis in Egyptian mythology. I don't think any of these girls actually "scream". They are all formally trained singers, dancers and actors. It's not like some random group of people just decided to form this group. The whole thing was pre-planned by the producers. You can find the English translations to the songs too and you will find that the themes are not "dark" at all. They just look that way. Much more like pop songs with metal backing.
