Canada also has a free and easy self-delete option which has mostly been used by people who are in deep poverty, or unable to get medical treatment because our healthcare sysyem is nearly the worst among all developed nations. For instance, of the 31 OECD countries (the most developed nations) with universal healthcare (out of the 38 total OECD countries) Canada ranks top place for spending but only 28th for how many physicians we have per capita. Same story with nurses and other frontline workers. We pay the absolute most but have among the worst service. What we do have, though, are a ton of overpaid health admin staff/managers! Quite a jolly bunch. And their buildings are quite fancy too. It seems these health admin are breeding like rabbits, always multiplying, and their salaries always growing. I wonder if that is where the money goes… No one can be sure because the current Canadian govt is “very opaque” with these sorts of things. Transparency and accountability are rare and magical things that you never find in real life over here in Canada. Heck, maybe we can band together and leave the commonwealth for good!

I worked in the medical field and was calling this kind of stuff out publicly at least since 2015. I actually enjoy wearing masks and have a personal collection at home of various masks I've collected (think of masks like from the Jim Carrey movie) and have had people yell at me for not wearing a mask, or taking my mask down to talk to people when they couldn't understand what I was saying. I asked jobs that demanded a vaccine to work if they would pay for any of the financial costs incurred from side effects of getting the vaccine and none of them were willing to do it. Now almost NOBODY wears a mask, despite it being mandatory for everybody for a long time and people hug and touch each other, etc. etc. During the lockdowns, I spent my majority of free time at a bar where not a single person wore a mask or followed any of the mandates or social distancing protocols. That being said, all of this happened because of the floods of illegal immigrants coming into countries and as somebody who's had family who were legal immigrants killed by illegal immigrants, I support the lockdowns and mandates because no citizen was smart enough or brave enough to do anything about it. People now selfishly worry about their heart health or losing jobs but nobody cared about mafia/cartell/etc.
