Thanks for this unbiased review of this high end property , boss. To each their own choice. I guess the reason why this property has so much pebbles and stones on floor is because it is trying to live to to its name "Stoner"
Thanks Sean! One thing I noticed is that there is no space to fit a washing machine or storage space for things like your mop, broom, vacuum cleaner etc.
The 2 in 1 washing machine is concealed beside kitchen counter top. Agree with storage issues, best to use Dyson that has a bit of aesthetics elements tuck away in other corners/small rooms than typical barrow wheeled type probably ~
@@christopherk7920 'rent to own' unit only for those block units same as what sean showing us here. for that kind of price tag you can get other condo with better view around klcc area.
2 mil. If i recall correctly, the Foster building a stones throw away that you reviewed before, is also around same price - but larger floor space. Of course its a much older building, but the design still looks good to date
Somewhat agree & also disagree ~ The building was tilted to follow the natural wind directions in KL, in NW to SE orientation. The main contractor is actually Japanese hence not surprising if they chose to tilt it for natural environments. Agree for the corners as per comment above to adjacent buildings but guess that's also because neighboring projects wanted to maximize the land plot & decided to go against natural wind flow ~ so it works both ways. Pros/cons both
Rm 2mil, u can easily get a better property's in kl area, some more landed. This project is not worth the price imo. Ur basically paying the premium because of the location near klcc.
@@iherng Thx Sean, 4k 5k makes it difficult to breakeven, i was hoping it could fetch higher given its proximity to KLCC, but again...hard to find positive net yield properties 🙂. Thank u for all the reviews btw, super helpful
may i know 1232sf rental is only RM4000 to RM4500? as far as i know 1232sf transaction rental is RM7500, you may check, if only RM4500 max this video will drop down all stonor 3 tan and tan project and now 1232sf is very limited hence it is....you may know
if able to rent RM4500 fully furnished at 1232sf , it is a terrible joke for stonor 3 and also KLCC area condo for a 2mil price might owner as well find a professional agent to rent it out at market price which is RM7k

The washing machine is inside the kitchen top. there is a few area inside the bedroom that you can store those stuff. also on the side of the balcony.

Hi Sean, can you please confirm, or can ask your friend, is it the hood is ductless or with duct going outside? Please reply. thanks.

How to find out if/when the open spaces like the car park next door will be developed?
Can review in mont kiara. Is it worth buying a condo that area. I intend to purchase, still considering 🤔. Thanks
The building creates a lot of poison arrows to the surrounding buildings because of the angle tilt.
Vice versa actually. Great observation Nineaqua!
Thanks for watching=)

Why would the developer named it "stoner"? Smoking weed is illegal in Malaysia.
It's based on the local road's name Ian=)
Stoner 🤣
There was something missing in your video this time.
Where is your pull up shoot in the gym. Whereeee?!!
Hahahahahahaha!!
So awkward that the main doors are next to each other.
no issue so far.

I wonder how much rental will a 2mil unit like this fetch? 6k?
Around RM 4k - 5k based on the conversation I had with my friends. It's not accurate to use the monthly installment as the rental rate yea:)

bruh. 90% here are foreign cash buyers. not local with 35 years loan. you must be a low-class cheras agent coming to klcc then.
