As a Croatian I can say this:
In the ordinariate of Mostar are the original transcripts from 1981.
    It says:
Are all religions good? Are all religions the same?
    "The voice" answered:
For God are all religions the same ...
    This is heresy!
Jesu li sve vjere dobre? Jesu li sve vjere iste?"
"Ukazanje" odgovara: "Sve su vjere pred Bogom iste. Bog njima vlada kao vladar u svome kraljevstvu. . . U svijetu sve vjere nisu iste, jer se ljudi ne pokoravaju Božjim zapovijedima, već ih odbacuju i kvare".

You will appreciate what happened to me in 1984. My mom and I were in Dubrovnik (to meet her family in Mlini) and I wanted to learn SOMETHING Croatian. So she taught me "bog te blavislovinas". So, I said that to a 10yo who sold me something. (He did not act like he spoke English) After I said it to him, he said very clearly, "No!! There is NO God!!" That was in 1984...and we keep learning.

It is a time of great confusion, and after extensive research I think it is false as well. Time will tell, but I will not be adding it to Lourdes and Fatima. It is telling how the believers of Medjugorie will pile on in comments to those who discern otherwise by urging caution.

Not only did 2 bishops of that diocese discern in the negative about Medugorje, but there was also a commission that investigated. "On 2nd May 1986, the commission of investigation votes, in a secret ballot, by 11 votes to 4, against the recognition of the supernatural character of the events: non constat de supernaturalitate. At the same time, having concluded its work, it accepts its own dissolution, the affair being from then on in the hands of Rome.3 On 15th May 1986, Bishop Zanic transmits to the Congregation the negative finding of the commission."

There are explanations for the controversies, whether you choose to look into those or not is your choice. Bottom line is many great mariologists fully believe in their authenticity. I personally lean toward them being authentic, but I dont claim to know that 100%. And since church has not ruled on this It is completely legitimate to believe or not believe. Just don't criticize those who don't believe the same as you because the church allows you to either believe or not believe. Anyone who says otherwise does not have their facts right. Listen to Mark Miravalle, he's the most well studied mariologists on these things.

I remember Bayside in NY state in the 1970's where busloads of people from many places in proximity to the state would go to listen to Veronica Lueken who allegedly experiencing apparitions of the Virgin Mary, Jesus, and numerous Catholic saints. I felt it was similar in one respect to the charismatic movement with people claiming to have a direct connection to the Holy Spriit, which in both groups appeared to be necessary to them to support or supplement their faith in the context of the pluralism of the time and the lack of any real clarity or proper guidance emanating from Vatican II. It also seemed that the people who were generally very devout Catholics, but not overly intellectual, found an absence of any real Catholic authority in matters of faith and morals from their local ordinaries, and Veronica filled that vacuum by providing for them that authority. I was a seminarian at the time destined to become a cancelled one for my rather conservative stances on life and family issues where a certain liberal and very powerful prelate got the wrong end of the stick (but also perhaps the "correct" one) from a group which I publicly represented. Although I still believe that the utterances of Veronica were more from her own mind, and that the miraculous photographs were likely fake, I could not see much harm in anyone tripping off to Bayside to hear her. Nevertheless, I was still concerned that if the apparitions were not genuine but either fake or psychic manifestations and not from Jesus, Mary and the saints, that they would only serve to undermine the true Faith and the really miraculous from heaven in our lives. Yet... "who was I to judge" where the people were only trying to fill a void in a decadent culture and religion with no clear leadership and objective standards, and a void made mainly by those who purported to be the authorities in matters of faith and morals, and who ought to have been the judges and final arbiters for us in such matters - "in conformity with the time-tested precepts of the Chruch" .

Correction: The Church has not officially approved any of the alleged apparitions at Medjugorje. In May 2019, Pope Francis authorized pilgrimages to Medjugorje, providing that they do not present the alleged apparitions as being approved by the Church.

I have a question regarding Medjugorje. Why would Our Lady cause all of this chaos and confusion and battles between otherwise good and faithful Catholics? The Church cannot ever give approval or condemn it since the 'messages' keep going on and on and on and on...and on and on. This seems very un-Marian like to me. All the other apparitions have STOPPED and then the Church has made her declaration. I have serious doubts about this one, and was called worse than Stalin 11 years ago by a person who was born and lived there and now lives in the USA. I simply did not need to hear how the 'peace' and 'joy' there is what I should go and 'feel' as it 'feels' like on other place. Well, excuse me, but at Adoration in the Presence of Jesus Christ my King, my Lord amd my God is PEACE. So Mary is non-stop talking and that is NOT like her at all. So FEW but POWERFUL words were recorded of Mary in the Sciptures. Just seems off for 43 years NON STOP messages that only the 'seer' can hear/see? Not obedient to the Church and the first local bishop's assessment. Mary is most obedient. The seers have not been so much and not one went on to religious life. ODD. It's caused so much discord among even my close friends, I will never support it and have NO desire to go there! I don't need an exotic 'trendy' apparition site to spend money I do not have and then to go in debt is not wise either.

These are important facts to get right.
