Wooden candle holders have existed since the dark ages. Glass holders were a luxury that most could not afford. As long as you are careful and keep the flame away from the wood. Or you could always use votive candles if the flame bothers you. You shouldn't make blanket statements like "Please do not do this." It's disrespectful to his time, energy and creativity.
@@stephenbeck5993 not sure what another guy used but guess it makes the wood not to burn and let’s face it if you light a candle with any material and leave it alone your not too smart
When I make my rings, I use the hole saw with the centering bit. Take all of my circles, run an all-thread through them with a nut on both ends and put the rod on my drill. Turn the drill on and sand all circles at same time. Next use the desired size hole saw with the centering bit. The center hole is already there from large circle cut. Cut the smaller circles out, tree rings made. Now you also have small wheels for small trucks and cars or something else. This saves me a lot of time and perfect circles. ✅✅✅
Spruce just wanted to say thanks !!!! It’s good to see you sticking to basic tooling. I fell for the need big tools to make any money and it got overwhelming and discouraging. Your channel is a huge inspiration to many of us !!!! Keep up the great work!!!
Spruce! I watch every video keeping me occupied since my husband died in July. I intend to make all three for Christmas presents no money to spare so I’m having to think outside the box. Just made my first attempt at candle making tomorrow will be resin then decoupage the next day then back into wood. Keep up the great work
Spruce, pine, or oak. These projects ain’t no joke. But why am I always in Florida with the inspiration smack my guy?!? Know what I’m doing when I get home! Have a nice Thanksgiving to you and your family sir!
Just want to say thank you for all your hard work. You truly are an inspiration to so many of us. You show real world projects that doesn't take thousands of dollars of tools to achieve. You have a great Thanksgiving day with your lovely family.
Spruce up the candles . Thanks for the videos me and my daughter enjoy them all up here in Canada. Happy thanks giving to you and your family and also to everyone here that lives in America.
Spruce. Love your videos. I make stuff and give it away. I don’t need the money, but like making people happy. For someone who needs a few extra bucks, these projects are a great way to do it!
Spruce. I built some of the first trees this year out of 1x2’s. I advertised them in sets of 3 sizes. Only sold 3 sets at $30 a set. But, this was my first year selling Christmas decor and only got to go to one craft fair.
Hell yeah , where abouts are you from ? Demographics plays a major roll in selling locally . Congrats on year 1 , I hope blessing come your way for year 2 of selling brother
@ I’m in northwest Alabama. I had two more fairs planned this week and next, but I’m having to go out of town for work for a few weeks. And thank you! Hope your channel continues to skyrocket next year as well!
Spruce love the candle holders. I've been making different style and going to add those as well. Had not thought about the way you did the rabbit but I like it 👍
Spruce up your market booths with these amazing projects 😂🤣😂 Just trying to keep up with all the silliness 🤷♀️ Daniel, sir, you’ve outdone yourself my friend. Excellent job I love all 3!
Spruce - Brads and glue may not be strong enough for full bottles, I'd suggest a couple of screws. Happy wife, happy life - truer words have not been spoken my friend. Love the fire, we do it all the time here as well. Love the candle holders!
My wife watched the video with me and at the end she goes you know it's awful close to Thanksgiving and I haven't heard his birds out in the yard yet! That made me laugh so hard. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family brother
Spruce - Ya know this first one reminded me of something similar i saw in another woodworking video. Big exception is his explanations on getting the cuts & lengths. It was an equation that honestly made no sense to me. I like that you state the angles & lengths & how to get them. Also as one thst makes jewelry, those adapters, as you called them are called jump rings. Some are split rings & some are jus circles you open & close to add to earring hoos & such. Just an FYI. Much thanks!
Spruce. Another great video bro! Got me inspired to make some easy projects to make some money to buy some kiddos some presents and then build their parents one of these projects.
I'm sorry, but wooden candle holders are a terrible idea for obvious reasons. Please do not do this.
@@stephenbeck5993 you have no clue what you’re talking about , don’t leave comments like this .
