Their is no doubt in my mind you got to be one of the best fathers in Great Britain, with the fun you have with the boys. Good luck, and God bless you and your family
Those boys will have some fantastic childhood memories. Those Civic/Rover 400s are a very underrated. Solid reliable and good handling if a little uninspiring on the looks front.
Oh, Richard, it brought a few tears to my eyes watching you a very proud dad having so much fun racing around 💯👌👍👏 how many kids today get the chance to make memories like that well done to you, Richard. And Haz is going to be a rally drive when he gets his licence 😂 and me. I was at work till 7 this morning 😅 but you made my day watching this ❤ crack on boys 💯👍👏
Looks like you all had great fun ❤ perfect Friday evening in my opinion ❤ Made me think back to when I was allowed to drive my dad’s Land Rover in the fields. So much fun ❤ best way to learn to drive 😊
Nice video from you. Everyone is having fun and that's the main thing. Jack & Harry can drive a car really well. I would love to see more videos like this from you.
Absolutely brilliant, brought back great memories when I battered an old Mini around the field in the 70’s. I was Hazza’s age, such fun and made me count the days till I was 5 years older and passing my test.
I agree with you Richard it's exactly how my generation learnt to drive before H&S kicked in and long before we were old enough to have a licence, driving tractors landies etc soon learnt clutch control and double de clutching probably helped me past my test after 5 lessons when it was £5 / hr.
Fantastic... brought back happy memories for me getting my old field car up to 80 odd in the stubble parks... 😂... miss that car to .. hope you have great fun in it Harry and learn how to use that handbrake 😜.. Richard that 35 looks Fantastic to therapeutic 35 sound track on a warm sunny evening.. 😮😊... stay safe 🏴
There is 1 thing a farmer shouldn't say ," i have enough silage , i am gonna cut on fertiliser" . Trust me. As we say in Dutch , " De beste raad is voorraad".
If you undid the nut around the ignition barrel on your 35 and spun the whole thing 180 you could turn the key to the right to start instead of the left 👍
Good morning lads from a wet Cornwall. Wow this bought back memories. This is how I learnt to drive on the farms I passed my test first time. Looked like u all had a great time. And Richard alot of the young drivers have there seat way 2 low etc.have a nice weekend and take care.crack on.
Started driving on the Farm. First was Old GPO Moggy 1000, then 135s. Tractor Test passed at 16, Motorbike at 17 Car at 19. No lessons ever and all passed at first go. Missed out driving the Morris J4 Van (with Sliding Doors and Forward Control) so I bought one (1974 model) when I was 50. Loved it, took it to Classic shows and made a small profit when I sold it.
What move the seat ner to Steering wheel by the looks of it, he's overstretching his leg.Legs legs that's why he's got no control over the plot.Or anything else
4 yrs time you Richard might be giving Harry driving lessons 😂 Only problem in having a field car that Harry has is that you pick up bad driving habits 😮 There is a certain car that you own, Richard, that needs renovation. I think it was a Triumph 😊 Be a nice car for a future 18-year-old 🎉
Hi Richard brilliant video let’s have more 😂 well done Haza 👍🏻 jack remember to take the hand brake off 🤣well done lads great childhood memories for you boys loved it ❤take care 🚜🚗🚙👍🏻
I think that poor old Land Rover might need a couple of prop UJs doing after that! Great to see a farmer still using an old Landy. Them old 2.5na were never fast but kept of going!
Great fun and great video. It's a pity that civic is suffering from tin worm, those cars, mechanically were indestructable. Happy Birthday Harry🎂 The Race? Mad as a barrel of Frogs, the lot of you🤣 Jack's doing well in that Land Rover. The air freshener🤢? I'm with you Richard, they don't half stink.
What a great video, your boys have an awesome life style, did almost the same but on a disused aerodrome but I learnt a lot of bad habits don’t let the boys do likewise
Great fun 😂 please can you get Hazza to adjust his seat properly so he has better clutch control and vision👍 Did this in my Mums Morris Marina Estate on straw stubble😁
Good morning Richard and Harry and Jack, What a wonderful evening you are all having, You must be very proud of your boys I can see you all round the table at home having memories of your wonderful time with your boys god bless you all, You all take care of yourself and stay safe. 🚜🛻🚙⭐️⭐️⭐️👍👍👍.
Holligans 😂, well the civic was always going to win really . They were the UK built hatchback version as opposed to the Japanese built saloon ones. I had 3 versions of civic, 90,94, and 98,. Father had a 96 year one. Nice "sensible" car.
great fun.......out with the boy racers. my dad bought my sister a Fiat 127 back in the 80's to learn to drive on then the following year it failed the MOT so we kept it as a farm runabout and i learnt to drive on it until one day i was boming along the field got on a bit of cow shit and skidded straight into a granite gate post........had to get the old crow bar out and prise the front wing off the front tyre then he was good to go again......happy days
Hey Rich that little Massy goes well I was quite impressed. You should get the boys to do some low speed tight manoeuvring around some of the bales it will learn them clutch + brake control and how to judge a cars parameters now that would be awesome
this reminds me of when me and my brothers raced around our fields with a caravan on the back of our mondeo lol id make sure he has his seat up, theres too many young drivers out there with the seat layed back because they think its cool but its annoying to see them trying to look over the wheel.. failing to see whats directly infront of them.
Harry needs to learn how to maintain the service it keep it going plenty videos to help him them that how you learn mechanic of it all the same . What weight is a bale of silage
Their is no doubt in my mind you got to be one of the best fathers in Great Britain, with the fun you have with the boys. Good luck, and God bless you and your family
I was 11 or 12 when I started driving the farm vehicles. We had 2 cars and a pickup. Greatest way to learn to drive ever.
Those boys will have some fantastic childhood memories. Those Civic/Rover 400s are a very underrated. Solid reliable and good handling if a little uninspiring on the looks front.
I got a civic mb6 shame they don't make them like that no more
Oh, Richard, it brought a few tears to my eyes watching you a very proud dad having so much fun racing around 💯👌👍👏 how many kids today get the chance to make memories like that well done to you, Richard. The way how fast he reversed out it’s his flowers on the mirror idk why but it got me dying😂😂

Superb video! Loved it. Happy memories. As a young lad I did the same. Tremendous fun. 👍🏻
That brings back memories I drove a metro round the fields and then the rear axel feel off its the best way to learn to drive
There's a lot of back cars in that field, just as many on the road, go for it Harry.
Great video, 2 lucky kids to be able to drive around the field having fun with family.
I am at home 🏠 watching you boys having a jollopy of a time . What fun .thanks .

😂😂 give Harry a few weeks, and he'll have found out what the handbrake can do. He'll be flying about the feild like Evenflow!!
I was just thinking the same thing, HAHAHA!!!!!
🤣🤣
What a cool thing to do with the boys, great memories captured for the family, 1 thing is,with all the videos it's like a family archive
How proud was Harry, driving his dad!!! I smiled😃 throughout the video, and for some time afterwards...

Harry's driving is good. I started to learn on a te20 grey fergy. Although Jack's no fear /shit or bust was a little scary.
😂 like Wacky Races!! Where’s Muttley?
Enjoying your video with Harry and Jack much better than grassmen or farmflex
Brilliant 🤩
great fun.......out with the boy racers. my dad bought my sister a Fiat 127 back in the 80's to learn to drive on then the following year it failed the MOT so we kept it as a farm runabout and i learnt to drive on it until one day i was boming along the field got on a bit of cow shit and skidded straight into a granite gate post........had to get the old crow bar out and prise the front wing off the front tyre then he was good to go again......happy days

A field filled with bales would be an ideal place to learn. Did mine in my dad's station wagon in the mall parking lot after hours.
Loved this. 😄xx
