Her agency should've train her better to be able to sing with both the baby and normal voice, but I mean she's a grownup now she's kinda suppoosed to get used to it. She's not the only one who had to change her voice in the competition (or just in general), Jiwon for example also only did baby voices but she wasn't scolded when they had their vocal evaluation, so Hyunjoo is capable too
