I had this cassette as a mix tape in the mid 90s, very nice quality.
amazing .. its so amazing to see 40yrs old cassatte unboxing.all old memories refresh

No there is a chemical which one can apply on reels which will remove total moisture out of the tape . and prevent the tape from loosing it's quality

Meltrack cassettes are all Type 1.
