He said "アルミ缶の上にあるミカン" That means "On top of the arumikan (alluminium can), aru (there's a) mikan (mandarin orange)" It's not that deep, the joke is that "arumikan" is repeated while meaning two different things. Kinda like rap lyrics. (Too many Urkels on your team, that's why your "wins low")

I showed my (Japanese) mum this hoping for a laugh: instead she complimented Adam on how leggy he was and how short his torso is so I’d say that’s pretty impressive feedback coming from my mum, also she said you’re good looking too :)
