    Any particular reason the side view was drawn incorrectly ?

      I’ll just mention one point. If view D is correct, view A starting from the bottom where the 3” dimension line is, should have a solid line on the edge, a hidden line for the bottom section, a solid line for the edge of the top section, and a solid line for the edge of the thinner section.
      If view A is the correct one, the bottom section in view D should be cut off flush with the right edge of the top section.
      Another caution: These are the standard “views” in the US system of drawing. In much of the rest of the world, “Third angle projection” is used and the accessory figures are like a strong light projected an image into figures C and D. They sort of look like the same outline but some lines change from object to hidden and vice versa.

    Top view doesn't match the front and right view.... unless I'm trippin

      I still don't understand why the bottom part of the right view jutted out, when the top view made it seem like the back side was flush.
      Error? Maybe. Questions would solve this IRL.
