Only you can get away with teaching this move in 3 min 🔥👌
Ahah! Thank you sir!) wanna try?)))
hehe just do backroll, skincat, and add some motion... it sounds so easy... :D
Anton, master of backflip and backroll, I salute you.
Making it look easy. Explaining all this so accurately in less than 3 minutes is commendable.
Well done. Different takes, making it dynamic with POV, phone takes, etc. Not repetitive at all. Good editing!
I’ve been doing the martial arts backroll so many years that my muscle memory just avoids the normal one.
Those variations are also cool. 2:31 Magnus will give a like for sure, there’s chalking!
Keep safe, healthy and happy!
Thank you!!! I want flyaways for everyone 🤘😂🔥🔥🔥
Actually crazy this is only a 3 minute video. Makes me feel like I’m just gonna prance into the gym and casually em just whip out the fly away I’ve never done
Day 4 of watching Antons videos in my 4th hour
I’m watching you!😐 one more tomorrow 🤘
Can’t wait
OMG the POV was really fast, I know that this is way harder than it looks, or should I say how Anton make it looks. But on the POV I saw that this is pretty quick indeed.
That 00:29 point of view is EXACTLY what makes this series innovative and unique. Brilliant tutorial!
Best like to dislike ratio I've seen for a channel in a long time haha :D
Been looking forward to this one!
Yaaaay these videos are really helpful thank you. 😁🙌🏿
Informative! I'm going to have to learn the fly away since you made it looks so easy. Outro music sounds great as well, good job 👍
This serie is definitely very enjoyable !
Great vid as always! TY! :)
The POV looks epic, will you do more clips like that?
+1 I sure would like to see some! These aren't tricks I'll ever try, so seeing them from his POV is the closest I can get.
You are the Best
Thanks for the video! How about a regular swing tutorial?
Yay!
Very usefull
I am waiting for the awkward fall/crash tutorial, like you did a warmup in one of your first videos.
So THAT’S why your neck hurts after a while.
You inspired me to do this move some much. I got my normal flyaways but am struggling to add distance
Great video, I'm definitely going to be working on this! By any chance could you do a video about how to do a 180 lache ? I'm close to landing it, but I feel like I'm missing something. Thanks, love your video. Hope your having a great day.
And if you don't know what Anton means about practice .... watch some of his videos from last year!
Huge tricks and LOTS of practice
I don't have a set up were I can go bar to bar but we do have a set of rings that swing out onto a lake so I will give it a shot there.
Hi Anton, you're cool❤️🔥
Did my first one last week... I wish you would have posted this sooner...
Hey Anton, will there be a lache tutorial? (how to do it professionally)
Okay!) maybe later!)
The day I perform a flyaway regrab would be an amazing day indeed. How can you make this look so doable and easy to understand in 3min? 🤯
Gymnastica should be practiced by everyone!
2:32 - 2:40 this was so nice to watch
(Would you do also a backflip / some kind of cool flip tutorial?)
Maybe!)
@@AntonFomenko :)
where do you get the banana grips 2:06 it would be really fun to train with them
And if you can't even do a backroll without breaking your neck...? 🤔
(Seriously though, I *love* that you're making short videos without making it that new "shorts" feature, which I have come to loathe with an intense passion that borders on the psychotic)
Hi, Anton. I really like your videos, you’re awesome. I don’t mean to pry, but I wish to make some constructive criticism. It would be cool if you dis this videos with beginners and show they’re progress over time. It would also be better for you, because the video would be longer and the monetization on RUclips would improve. Love your content!!!! You’re awesome
Thanks!🤘
Thanks!🤘
hehe now i know why you loughed at me, when i said tutorial lache without backflip regrap :( :D :D :D
maybe i will give it a try again.. i tried it in a gym a year before... but if i get to much motion... i can t leave the bar.... same problem at lache... my hands don t want to let go...(let it go let it go... maybe i should hear the soundtrack of frozen)
maybe because there are no matts because all gyms are closed... :/
Yeah... safety brings more confidence
future me hating me already because im going to start doing this🤣 well atleast the first step🤣 been 2 years since i was last upside down!☠
Is there any technique/training to overcome the dizzyness from spins/flips?
Practice.
Does it increase the length you can successfully transition between bars?
Not really tho...
Hey anton what is the name of those gloves that youre using and where can i find them?
Gymnastics grips for bar
Hum, me thinks this is a long step too hard for me!!
Okay I'm going to be the party pooper here and so you probably shouldn't teach this because somebody's going to go out and try it and land on the back of their neck and end up in a wheelchair for life. If you're talented enough to do that kind of move then you don't need to watch it RUclips tutorial on it. But if you're not good enough to master it safely, chances are you're watching RUclips to help you figure out how to do it and you have a pretty good probability of injuring yourself.
