Anton, master of backflip and backroll, I salute you.
Making it look easy. Explaining all this so accurately in less than 3 minutes is commendable.
Well done. Different takes, making it dynamic with POV, phone takes, etc. Not repetitive at all. Good editing!
I’ve been doing the martial arts backroll so many years that my muscle memory just avoids the normal one.
Those variations are also cool. 2:31 Magnus will give a like for sure, there’s chalking!
    Keep safe, healthy and happy!

OMG the POV was really fast, I know that this is way harder than it looks, or should I say how Anton make it looks. But on the POV I saw that this is pretty quick indeed.

+1 I sure would like to see some! These aren't tricks I'll ever try, so seeing them from his POV is the closest I can get.

Great video, I'm definitely going to be working on this! By any chance could you do a video about how to do a 180 lache ? I'm close to landing it, but I feel like I'm missing something. Thanks, love your video. Hope your having a great day.

I don't have a set up were I can go bar to bar but we do have a set of rings that swing out onto a lake so I will give it a shot there.

And if you can't even do a backroll without breaking your neck...? 🤔
(Seriously though, I *love* that you're making short videos without making it that new "shorts" feature, which I have come to loathe with an intense passion that borders on the psychotic)

Hi, Anton. I really like your videos, you’re awesome. I don’t mean to pry, but I wish to make some constructive criticism. It would be cool if you dis this videos with beginners and show they’re progress over time. It would also be better for you, because the video would be longer and the monetization on RUclips would improve. Love your content!!!! You’re awesome

hehe now i know why you loughed at me, when i said tutorial lache without backflip regrap :( :D :D :D
maybe i will give it a try again.. i tried it in a gym a year before... but if i get to much motion... i can t leave the bar.... same problem at lache... my hands don t want to let go...(let it go let it go... maybe i should hear the soundtrack of frozen)
maybe because there are no matts because all gyms are closed... :/

Okay I'm going to be the party pooper here and so you probably shouldn't teach this because somebody's going to go out and try it and land on the back of their neck and end up in a wheelchair for life. If you're talented enough to do that kind of move then you don't need to watch it RUclips tutorial on it. But if you're not good enough to master it safely, chances are you're watching RUclips to help you figure out how to do it and you have a pretty good probability of injuring yourself.
