I dont have a answer for the perfect society. But I do have a solution to the problem with every society. Which can lead into a near perfect/perfect society.
But ill start by asking ultimately what right does the masses have to decide over/for the individual? The masses have too big a problem being easily coerced with, fear, social justice, faith. This makes the masses easy to control and very predictable. Democracy is simply the masses voice. Its not a symblance of any form of control.
As long as the masses believe they still have a voice they will ignore the limitations of their choices.
Society needs to be a choice for the individual. Society only works when those who are willing participate. Where does one go when a Society becomes to much to bear? When society no longer follows or matches or even comes close to the individuals values? Where does the individual go when they no longer can find a place within said society? The answer is to the streets. The same streets that act as the very lifeblood of a society. This has been known since the time of Rome at the very least.
The truth is Society has never truly valued the individual. Its always expected the individual to conform to some kind of template by leaving them no other option. The wilds no longer exist leaving nowhere to escape or run to.
Force handles the rest.
The truth is in every society eventually it will get to a point where corruption will be inevitable. Those who dont conform having no place to go will seek out and exploit every crack in the system they are in. Their ambition and greed will manifest in places of power Much like liquid through a solid. Eventually the solid will break and crumble as a result.
Justice and order have always been this metaphorical solid. Chaos and anarchy is like an ocean.
Unfettered anything is a problem. Enforcement is required to combat corruption. But when has any government on earth ever truly enforced itself once corruption seeps in? Corruption is inevitable. To many value justice and expect to have it. Ironically even in current societies today, true absolute justice dosent exist. Its hypocritical to claim to have justice yet accept the flaws that exist. "The best we have" is no excuse for injustice.
What im getting at is we need a place for chaos/corruption/injustice to exist. A place that we can keep it outside of the boundaries of a Society.
Think of roman concrete. Its got Peices of lime clasts that remain embedded untill water inevitably reaches it, thus sealing any cracks as they form. Thats what we need as a species. Those born into this chaos will seek out a society that best matches their values thus strengthening said society. But we must accept the wild for what it is and not interfere.
Now imagine a society that has places where chaos and corruption are expected. Places where it can go and exist that is in the light but left be and controlled.
we need a place of Constitutional anarchy. Not as the dominant society but a "trash can" or "place of self governance" if you will to supplement whatever society/system we have.
Whats ironic, is America was once this place for another country. Then it became just like its parent. Blinded by its own glory to see what its become. Also Ironically those who subscribe to justice cant accept this balance requirement I speak of. Those who subscribe to justice cant accept that without chaos justice wouldn't exist to begin with. They insist on waiting until corruption is in a position of power doing harm before taking action and ironically causing injustice to those these corrupt people harm. There is true harm in waiting. Thats injustice in of itself. It took many years of injustice before the government responded in this situation with Dalton. And one can argue it only did so because the internet went viral over it. How many more exist still ignored? I know each and every citizen has come across corruption in their local area in some form that never got fixed. Its become so common the typical excuse has become "its the best we have"
Well thats not good enough.
What we have is not good enough on its own. There is a balance that must exist.
What We need is a place of Constitutional anarchy. A place that will draw the greedy and ambitious like moths to a flame. Thats the only way. Everything else has been done before.
As for the society itself. I dream of a society that actually respects the individual. America was promised to be shuch. That promise clearly wasn't entirely true. Democracy has paved the way for corruption and the individual no longer has a voice and is dependent on the government to defend them. The government gets to pick and choose who to help and ignores the rest. Thats not freedom. Thats not what was promised. The individual no longer has a voice to defend themselves against the poor choices of the masses. When the enforcers of the Constitution are the very one responsible for the injustice against them there is nothing the individual can do. Peacefully that is.
