I am a size small and I ordered this cardigan in a small and it fits me great. Yes, most stuffs I bought from them are true to size, except the maxi cut out dress that I got in this haul. My size reference: Height: 5’3 Bust: 32 Waist: 26 Hip: 36 My jeans or pants size are 28/4-6 Does this help ?

The fabric is a stretchy knit. If you like a form fitting top, I’m sure it will fit you great either size
