Traveller Pride celebrated in style today in East Limerick

Traveller Pride Week 2024 was celebrated in great style in Kilmallock, Co. Limerick, today.
The sunny weather was perfect as crowds were entertained with music, song, food, flower displays, photography, a top sulkie racing car and a fantastic barrel-top wagon. And according to one visitor, Garda Maria, you can't beat Mrs O'Reilly's bread!
The event was organised by the East Limerick Traveller Primary Health Care Team, newly set up in January, and the East Limerick Travellers Group, with support from Ballyhoura Development.
