I played Dark Law in Dark World about a year ago in the Tearlaments format. it definitely has great surprise factor and is a very good one-sided floodgate in the GY format
Cool deck list. I always run Neko Mane King because if hes in your hand with fusion grapha out its just a game winner if they dont have called by. I run the Ken Gen draw like crazy version and love it
Thank you for sharing your New Techs! I used Dark Law aswell some months ago and will think about bringing him back now if i get more Gas into my deck. Thank you
Good profile, something that I have been trying and that helped me in the duels where they activated droll is playing Koa'ki Meiru together with the horus... it seems like a fun and aggressive option to me. At the moment when they throw the handtraps at Genta or Snoww, I activate the red button and the sarcophagus and imsety enters the scene ...I know that it is an option that is not very accessible, but I think that with a little faith and patience they will be cards that will come out in the end of year mega tin xD
If you don’t open guardian or instant fusion when u draw ur done. Called by and cross out is good if u allure and draw into them and if they droll u, u can chain to it
I love your Dark World deck profiles ! Good job ! Have you considered swapping the Koa'ki Meiru with Doomcaliber Knight, who is a Dark/Fiend monster instead ? And if not, any reason behind it ? It has the exact same effect but doesn't have to be destroyed at the end of the turn. You cannot special summon it but considering it's supposed to be your normal summon, I don't see a problem.
@@zephyrwargamesyugioh oooh thanks for the info, I neglected that, that's why you're the one doing the profiles and not me ! good job again on your videos, congrats man !
I tryed ilthis in duelist nexus, in rl i bet the experience is way different. For about an hour and galf there was more inconsistency than just playign your normal danger dw list. I do like the fusion deplyoment into restrict while playijg and when i did do a handtroop it was every single card instead of maybe one less due to one cerlui gone. Most dw decks play 1 anyway. But kashtira fenir even tho its a disrupt it dosent benefit the deck at all. The guardian is also nice but its still not a good normal for consistency unlike the gen engine. Ik the idea is to play aroujd droll and shifter but its not very like to do so and combo well. Not mention even if you do and get hand trap in testimg your boards is just a fenrir and bag. Dosen't feel super nice because if it turns into a grind game you just lose becuase dw is the mkre cards in hand the mkre fuel you'll have. I just think the deck needs a gokd nkne engine normal that has some forms of consistency while maybe have an effect negate but be it would be 2 broken. Or dw having more main deck monsters that are custom cards like gents that help but not 2 crazy
Zephyr man, PLEASE I beg you play Prohibition. I'd argue it's up there with guardian, it's non-once per turn, has a wide use case (you can call ponix, poplar, super poly or whatever is giving you grief) and it doesn't require bricks like with crossout. I know it's spell speed 1, but you can just activate it for no cost and declare droll, use the second copy that you will inevitably draw into for another interruption or opponents combo peice. I myself am playing 3x prohibition, tourguide for versago but might drop the tour guides and just keep prohibitions in!
It's a gd option, but sadly less effective going 2nd than guardian as they can just pop it. I used to play it as a spicy side option to lock down core cards. That being said if you were to play guardian and pro it could be useful just little bricky/ restrictive.
3:00 Talking about Doomcaliber Knight? I WISH it wasn't mandatory but that card is OLD and thus power crept to hell and back. I do wonder why I've never seen someone trying to counter Droll advocate for a 3rd Grapha and 2nd Accession. I do get that it's asking to brick but opening Accession & Grapha is strong and even if your worst play is setting Accession with a Grapha in hand then you still have a chance.
@@zephyrwargamesyugioh but doesn't all the other stuff make up for that, if they don't have droll its so much better, also droll + ash is unlikely, i have seen people side decking ash because of the fire decks, and most people won't side it in, and those who play ash in main will probably side it out, because its dark world, ash probably won't stop you
@godzilia2 1 less thing to worry about, Guardian imo does everything and is stronger all round, only benefit of TG is the deck thin of 1 and being fiend to me the trade off of worrying about 1 less HT and not needing another mon in the extra is more beneficial, plus guardian being a 4 can help get to bagooska if your drolled
@@zephyrwargamesyugioh bro you play guardian to stop droll, the only scenario that comes up in is you got droll after something that draws and you drew guardian, then you had salamander or had a genta on field, also negate from tour guide don't go away, also its a dark for allure, meaning it can be allure fodder later in the turn, also who ashes a tour guide, wouldn't waiting for a choke point be good, i think that deck thinning for one in danger dark world is just really strong, for example if your playing gen and ken play 2 gen 1 rota, because that deck thins, guardian has 2 uses, droll and bagooska, tour guide, negates droll, is a fiend, allure fodder, deck thins, if your playing doomdog those things change since it doesn't deck thin useless cards out, but it will either search a rainbow because you can link it off or after egating a droll search rainbow, also to reiterate tour guide's negate don't go away, so if it isnt used and your hand was too weak to do full combo you still get more interaction

Depends on a few things. Through testing and locals it's done quite well few people expect Guardian, but if you don't see that and they see droll/shifter it's tough
@@zephyrwargamesyugioh that’s fair, I just completed my deck as per your video and some others. Although, my locals are rampant with fire kings snake eyes, and shifter is very common too. Sillva is definetly not the problem here my man. Sillva needs the setup of ceruli or fusion grapha. If your opponent lets you get to that you can ftk him anyways. Sillva is just more funny

What do you mean about the lighting on the face cam?
not bright enough or to bright?
I’m the master of dark world. You sir are cooking 🔥
I wish I new wat the cards name were wen u were putting them down
I say the names of the cards, and if you put the video to highest quality on some you can pause and see the names

What do you think about sales Ban as a potential out to droll?
Yeah I've had someone use it before can be quite good.
Very based man
But how about gen and ken they offer so much with regards to discards and drawing
They run into every HT and don't provide the protection you need for this format with 12-15 HT in decks

Yeah doomcaliber that's the one.
And the risk of brick and to open 2 spercific cards plus another dark is way to risky imo
what about instead of koa'ki meiru guardian you use 3 tour guide and number 75, its both a fiend and a dark and thins the deck of bricks
As mentioned it's gd but TG gets stopped by 1 more HT than Guardian

Try Dark World with new Yubel
Considered it, it's not bad, changes the direction of the deck a little bit and space can be a little tight unless you cut most dangers
I might try Dark World in the TCG if Konami would just ban the obviously broken and badly designed card that is Sillva.
