Deep and soulful house mix from the Lazy Dog Sunday club night and compilation series with Ben Watt & Jay Hannan. The club night was hosted twice-monthly at the Notting Hill Arts Club in west London, and later every two months at The End in central London.
Featuring among others: Jon Cutler, Sunshine Anderson, Lucy Pearl, E-Smoove and Sade.

First heard this album playing when I was sitting outside a cafe in Christchurch, NZ. I asked the waiter what music was playing and i went and bought this album straight away for the rest of my travels around NZ. Back in the UK this became the theme music to many after party chill sessions throughout my 20s......20 years on and I think I appreciate it even more....happy, uplifting, funky house music....perfect

Use to have this on tape(recorded from s local radio shoe in South Africa in about 2001). Would always play this when getting ready for a night out to our fav Deep house clubs here in Durban. Either TILT on a Friday or SKYBAR or Bar-Go on Saturday nights. Man miss those nights of deep house bliss on the dance floor.

Remember when my relative bought this very double CD in London, 2000 - as a present for me, cause I asked him, being a house music lover, to buy me something really true and interesting. At that time we didn't know yet what Lazy Dog was about) So, that I've got this CD and it is still with me in Moscow!
