That collection is awesome. I’ve been collecting mangas for six years, and even much, much longer because I started getting them for the first time in 2011 when a friend gave me a Naruto manga. As far as my collection now, I have all of Naruto, all the current volumes of Boruto, all of Fullmetal Alchemist, Dragon Ball, all the current omnibuses of One Piece, a few volumes of Bleach, all of Yu Yu Hakusho, all the currently made volumes of Hunter x Hunter, every single Yu-Gi-Oh! volume as well as all the spin-off mangas of it, I’m working on finishing Rurouni Kenshin, I have all the current ones for My Hero Academia, One-Punch Man, all of Dr. Stone, Food Wars, Assassination Classroom, Demon Slayer, The Promised Neverland, some of Jujutsu Kaisen, Slam Dunk, Haikyu, D.Gray-Man, Chainsaw Man, Spy x Family, Kaiju No. 8, Shaman King, Toriko, Gintama, Blue Exorcist, Undead Unluck, all of the current volumes of Black Clover, all of Death Note the first volumes of all the JoJo parts so far, some of Inuyasha and Yashahime, all of Fairy Tail, The Seven Deadly Sins, as well as all the Colossal Editions of Attack On Titan and all the Deluxe Editions of Berserk. I’m hoping to get a box set for Tokyo Ghoul and Tokyo Ghoul: Re. A good amount of these were hard to get since some weren’t sold where I am, I had to order some series from America like Yu Yu Hakusho, Shaman King, Toriko and Gintama. I like to have all my Shonen Jump mangas together and I personally prefer getting omnibus versions of manga so a lot of the ones I listed are in 3 in 1 omnibus editions. I wish a lot more had omnibuses, but I’m still super happy with my collection and can’t wait to get more.
Personally I would say if boy’s abyss made you uncomfortable enough to drop it, you should avoid berserk. As good and well written as the series is, there are some very triggering moments in it and it definitely isn’t for everyone.
I have been binge watching anime and manga collections lately, I'm a 30 year old woman, and I have been into anime and manga since I was about five or six, growing up watching Pokemon, Sailor Moon, Yugioh, Shaman King etc. My husband and I just went to an anime convention, and just walking around, realizing that many are around 13 to early 20's, I'm like am I getting too old... I was going to cons before majority of these people were born. My first convention was in 2005. Sigh I know sometimes I still feel like that teenage girl, that loves anime and manga. I know for now I'm still going to collect and watch it.
Hello i have one question. Im new in the anime/manga community and i only watched 3 animes so far(aot, jjk, deathnote) and i loved them a lot but i wanna get into some manga to. Do you know whats and where is the best place to start a manga collection? Should i start off by buying mangas of animes i watched or should i start with smaller manga series? Great collection btw
Start with series you've already enjoyed since it's something you know you're going to like rather than take a risk on something you may not like. I'd also recommend you try out the Viz Media and Shonen Jump App subscription services if they're available where you live. It's $5 for both subscription services and allows you to read series like JJK, AoT, and Deathnote and try out other series you might enjoy without having to dedicate a lot of money for the physical volumes, allowing you to decide if it’s something you'd like to own physically. Be aware of the different formats that series are available in. AoT has four different formats: singles, omnibuses (what I have), box sets (which include four volumes and exclusive posters), and the Colossal Editions (I'd avoid this one since they fall apart very often). Deathnote is available in four different formats as well. Singles, All Black Editions, the box set (which includes all of the volumes), and the all-in-one edition (I'd recommend you avoid this one as well). JJK is only available in singles format, so that is the only way to collect it. The RUclips channel "Anime Collective" has videos comparing the different versions of AoT and Deathnote if you wish to learn more about the different formats. As far as places to buy manga, there are large retailers like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Books-A-Million. The Crunchyroll store will probably have the best deals since they run sales pretty often. There's also R/mangaswap on Reddit where you can buy books from fellow collectors, often below retail if it's a current series like JJK. Thank you for watching, and I hope this helps!
You can find box set of death note and aot so that’s cool. And if your new and like a simple story demon slayer is people getting into anime?. But if you want something more serious aot there’s a new anime/manga called Hells Paradise that you can watch or buy and it’s only 13.
OPM and JoJo, and Fist of the North Star are much better than mid shonens like My Hero Academy or Bleach or One Piece or Naruto but if you're still enjoying the mid stuff then maybe you won't appreciate the fine stuff yet because I used to like Bleach but now I hate it. I still like early Naruto. I think Naruto is the best of the Big 3. Even when it gets bad, it's so bad that it's good. Bleach is highly repetitive and basically a worse version of both Yu Yu Hakusho (setup and characters) and Saint Seiya (plot), like the Soul Society Arc is a worse version of the Sanctuary Arc. One Piece is basically a childish version of Fist of the North Star but with a lot of lore and mystery.@@lantztalksmanga
You should skip the first 3 volumes of berserk and start at volume 4, the golden age. Berserk is using in media res so vol. 1 is in the future and volume 4, the golden age, is the chronological start. I don't like berserk and I dropped it after the golden age.

@@lantztalksmanga this helps a lot thanks
@@samuelbooker3329 thanks man appreciate it
Nice,I waited for this🔝
Hope you enjoyed it!
Bro Haikyuu in my opinion is similar to bluelock but more comedy elements but it’s fire
KAIJI MENTIONED
One Punch Man only @ 07, why????? Also buy the Japanese versions for the sweet cover art.
I've been collecting other series alongside One Punch Man, so I'm not devoting all of my expendable income on it.

Please make a video about Bleach
Needs more horror manga. :P
