Hartsville Trousdale County animal shelter sees a rise in puppy dumping

It's a growing problem in Trousdale County, litters of puppies abandoned and dumped on the side of the road, and under the law, it's considered animal cruelty.

The town leaders need to delegate the resources to get a bigger shelter and more resources. The shelter director has been doing a great job trying to make do with what they have.

I wish people would stop doing this. There are too many shelters and resources for this to happen 😞😊
