The biggest newb mistake is simply they can't compete with ruby buyers. To get best equipment is almost impossible for non-ruby players. All higher level top players are ruby players. You will never see a non ruby player on the top. You can never compete with them unless you have zillion dollars. It's even hard nearly impossible to win the special challenge events for fabulous rewards because ruby players are going to spend thousands of whatever currency just to buy million tools to prove how "good" they are while the real skilled people who deserve to be on top will never be. This game is nothing about skill but just about money. Sure there are some exceptions, good individuals but they still fall far behind the ruby buyers and they will never be a competition to them ever. Ruby wins flawless victory!
That is not a mistake.. lets say I am a new player with millions of money? Stop crying.. you got a fine, free game, and if you play it well, you kick ass to those ruby-buyers ;)

The worst mistake that is the last one is quite misunderstood.Some of the bigger lvl players show concern while others dont.They completely ignore in my case i am a lvl 17 and when ever i try join a discussion they just shoo me off.It is the ego and dominating nature of bigger players due to which we get exploited.Sorry to say it but thats the truth

Ranged defence works better against ranged attackers. Unless of course your ranged defenders have no strength whatsoever.
