Ok its time to speak up. Kez is fucking strong. but evry game i play him safelane i have 4 people complaining. doesnt mather if we win or loose evryone belives kez is a bad hero but tell me 1 hero that can 1v1 him when he activates his q. on top of that he has fucking 7 active spells, 1 pure mobility spells , 1 aoe for ez farming and wave push, 1 extremly high dmg + mobility spell a silence a bash , 2 ultis that both save him in different ways. so what part is exactly bad about him? Ok he got nerfed sure but that only because lvl 1 and 2 no one could fight him if he is in dagger form. Dota players are so religious about their opinions, they do not want to accept opinions that differ from theirs while at the same time dota is the gmae with the most variation and options of any game i know. its beed over 10 years of dota2 mb its time to chase your opinions.

Falcon Rush (his Sai Q ability) went from 7s at all levels to 3/4/5/6 second duration. If you Q and go to katana form at level 1, you can only proc it twice over the whole duration.

At lvl 1 pre-nerf you could do around 700 damage. That is not okay. In two ability uses, solo, he could kill almost any hero in the game.
So it was a *bit* strong, but he made up for that in having a limited mana pool, and being squishy.
I'd say the duration nerf was good, but we'll have to see about the numbers in terms of his winrate.

the spell is fundamentally OP, especially in laning phase. It should never have passed the idiot test. But then Valve was the one to develop it, so...
