Thanks for this video sir ,, Unfortunately , my 4L is Mars and sitting in 9th house from 4rth ( i.e. Actually sitting in 12th House) However , I am Makar rashi & Makar Lagna but it seems I will never have Happiness and property ... Infact its very true till now as I am 40 yrs now and inspite of my best efforts I dont have any such happiness in my life ..... I think I need to accept this fact which is so hard... :(

Regarding Ascendant lord mars, it is placed in 10th house with retro. Motion
