How to play trail or mill board game

Trilha, also known as Moinho, is one of the most famous among those games in which an alignment between the pieces is sought, such as Gomoku, Jogo da Velha, Gnu, among others.
The "Trail" board is said to be a Phoenician representation of his empire: the square board representing the sea, his universe of conquests; the central square of the board, Tyre, the Phoenician capital; and the other houses being the Phoenician colonies, such as Cádiz (Spain) and Carthage (North Africa).
The objective in this game is to seek the alignment of 3 pieces which gives you the right to capture any opponent's piece that is not in alignment. The player who takes so many pieces from his opponent that there are no more possibilities for alignment wins. There are 3 distinct stages in this game. The first phase is the positioning of the pieces on the board, the second is the movement of pieces to adjacent points and the third phase is the free movement of the pieces, that is, not necessarily to an adjacent point.
