    Hello from Hungary, Europe! I never miss a new episode and am going through the old stuff. Man, I can’t help watching all of ‘em.
    I must say aloud that from the earlier encounters Thomas is my personal hero! What a man! No shitting in the pants but teaching a fatal lesson to the HM several times.

    • @westgermanica
      @westgermanica 15 дней назад +4

      I feel the same way about Thomas. He is the real deal.

      It makes me crazy that we have satelites, jet fighters, landed on the moon and sent Rover to the Mars and we still cannot stop the frenzied HMs?! It’s so creepy! I respect my grandparents’ and grand-grandparents’ generation. They would not have asked for permission to stand their ground! The good old fashioned pioneer spirit, constitutional rights to defend yourself and your property must have been enough to act.
      I totally understand Fred when he says that talking the talk is easy and walking the walk is a completely different story, but still I am furious to hear that how helpless people over there in Alaska from time to time are. They are let down by politics and law enforcement at the same time! Jeeezzz!
      Fred opened my eye to the local superstitious beliefs and practices that are widespread in Alaska paralyzing the people. However, that belief system came from a time when bow and arrow was the only instrument to fight back and - Thank God! -those times are gone! We are far superior now and we must act accordingly! It’s payback time baby!
      I don’t want to wipe out the HM population at all, but we have to teach them that humans mean exposure to them if the HM approaches us in bad faith in whatever form.

    Someone should warn people before they go out to that cabin, so they are prepared and know not to go out and about. That thing had to be unbelievably strong to break that door like it was. Thanks for sharing. Glad he got out safely. Enjoy what’s left of the weekend. Hope everyone is having a good year so far. Thanks, Fred. Love the scenery you share with us!

      Strong?? Yes Sharon I've often wondered the same things, I was a tree feller for many years trees, saws, ropes lol all that stuff, so when I've heard Fred tell us recounts of huge trees being upended, large trees with even bigger root systems being thrown around like nothing, I just shake my head in wonder, you could get 50 of the world's strongest men, tie a huge rope around one of these beautiful fully grown trees & say pull it down (no cuts/still completely structurally sound) not a chance at all ever, so yeah I'm not even sure if our word "Strong" is actually adequate enough for something that can rip out mature trees & toss them around like tooth picks!! Mind blowing eh Sharon!!? Take care to you & your family mate.
