I live in Australia, and I know exactly whats happening over here. These targets are not at every migrant, just particular Indian who misbehave. Every year Australia takes 800,000 migrants including the international students. Not forgetting thousands of refugees, mostly who are uneducated and not well to do. In this background consider who and how many are targeted. The real reason is most of the Indian (mostly the North Indians) misbehave in the public. Throw rubish on the floor, talk loud in the train (over the phone) while all the passengers habitually keep quiet.
