Then cops are all but instructed to target Blacks, bring them to justice for anything at all, instant felon, one less Black vote. Speeding, 73 in a 55? Felony, 3 years! It's that easy, and that's how it was done. Those loopholes in the amendments must be repealed and voting rights restored. Out of jail, you can vote. "Fuck with democracy, will ya? Find out!"

A Federal law needs to be written to prohibit gerrymandering. Every state would need to demonstrate equal maps every 2 years or lose federal funding for infrastructure, health care, etc. And that cannot be sued to change it. It would require another law reversing it.
