I think location is important but my advice would be to go and view some properties. By doing this you get a feel of what feels right for you and you will know when you find the place you want to call home. Good luck with your house hunting, hope it all goes well 🙂X

I’m currently house hunting, and however tempting it might be with those extra square meters. Location is everything! Remember you can change everything inside a home, but you can’t move it😂 Just imagine going out on the balcony and realizing that you are on the beach 🤩 good luck 😘

Location, location, location is everything! Personally, I would buy the one close to people, the beach, restaurants, and shopping, etc. A secluded home can certainly be idyllic for those wanting or needing peace, quiet and solitude, but that can also come with additional risks for a woman living alone. I'm happy to have lovely neighbors that keep an eye out for me and my home, should I need to go out of town. If you can't afford an additional bedroom for guests in the more populated location, perhaps get a sleeper sofa or get lots of hotel/airbnb/bed and breakfast spots on your speed dial. Keep in mind that most of the time you're in your home, you won't have guests, and a lot of the time you will be jetting about for work and it's nice to have neighbors to keep an eye on things for you! Being around lots of potential encounters with the locals will be great for being a new member of the community. Being secluded might make it more difficult to increase your friend count. Plus, if you find all the people, activities, and conveniences get to be more than you desire, you can always rent it out or sell it and buy some other property off the beaten path. I would immerse yourself into the community and see where it takes you. You always will have other choices if you find it's not your perfect fit.
Location is so important, especially if you live by yourself.

Personally, I love a classic morning routine video thrown in here and there. I find them really soothing when they're done with voiceovers and not vlog style. I really enjoy your vlogs, but something a little different thrown in once a month would be nice! xx

Love house hunting! I would pick one of each and then list all the pros and cons for each one.....location would be key for me but still want room for family!! Decisions decisions and more decisions....you will make the right choice!! You're so on top of things. Can't wait to see what you decide. Thanks for sharing with us.

Location for sure!! My boyfriend decided at 29 to go back to school so we have bought a house close to the school for him but we have realized this will be a short stay because of the area
Get a place by the ocean, you will be happier, maybe get a lodger? Love your videos, I too work from home and find it s bit lonely at times. X

Thank you! I just use one that is really moisturising. I find that if it's a natural one, or sulphate free, then it really looks after my blonde anyway. I do like the John Freida ones for blonde hair though x

Doesn’t the Origins Ginseng eye cream have gluten in it?
I'm not too sure, but I've got quite a few beauty products with gluten in. The only ones that are a problem are if you put them in your mouth so dental or lipsticks, according to coeliac uk. I did a lot of research when I was diagnosed haha! So luckily I can still use all of my faves! x
I’m celiac as well and used to use this eye cream. I loved it so much but every time I used it I would get extremely sleepy. I started noticing that on the days I didn’t use it I was fine and wide awake. At that time I didn’t realize that gluten was in beauty products. It was when I was new to the gluten free world. I was sad I had to give it up.

It's a gel from her kit that she uses but I basically asked for one that was off white with a hint of baby pink! x
