Whether I line about Knocked Loose is Brian’s vocals. He sounds genuinely unhinged, and it adds to chaos and intensity. Slaughterhouse part 2 is a good song. However, the first Slaughterhouse song is even better.
It is nuts to just be around bands long enough to see a Knocked Loose, for instance, release Pop Culture back when I was in my first year of uni (along with that split), all the way now to their third album and genuinely breaking into huge audiences in a way that few bands ever do. They've done a lot here that doesn't compromise their sound and it's hard not to respect it. Even when I question whether I'm over their style, they've done just enough here to keep it interesting and it feels like they've been a different band since ATITFOL. Hard to imagine where they'll go from here but up, guess we'll have to wait and see what the next step is sonically, but if they've gotten this far by doing what they have - maybe it's all in the cards.
Well said Hazza! They truly are the exception to the rule and I'm sure give a burst of energy to people like you that there's a potentially massive audience for bands making extreme music x

Who knew that I'd be shaking my ass to reggaeton breakdowns and listening to poppy in 2024. Nice one from the heavyist Cs!
