Vietnamese Version is actually better than the original version, 2 rounds, 1 with Plus and Minus, 1 with Multiply and Division. Search for Khắc Nhập Khắc Xuất, ok!
I know this show is kinda hated, but to be honest, I really dig the idea. It's Deal or No Deal, but with questions. In DonD, it was entirely luck-based, but here, you have to answer questions correctly in order to win more money. I like that. The execution could've been better, though. Also, apparently the maximum prize is $1.15 million dollars. That's quite a prize, even after taxes.
@@JonesDylan874 I still feel like their are court cases going on since what they did violates so many federal laws. It was because of the original Tic Tac Dough in the 50's that started that nonsense
Just like Set for life, probably not since ABC is nothing but just axing good shows like what happened with Downfall, 101 Ways to leave a gameshow and 500 questions.
@@jackiwheeler6963 Well, seemingly. I can't fully judge him for just those 5 minutes, but he was very civil. And would you believe... Teenage girls were psyched over him.
Actor, director, Singer, science fiction author, philosopher (of sorts), rodeo star, book narrator and here a game show host-- is there anything William Shatner can not do? (Correct response: ALL OF THEM!)
I was looking around the internet for the worst game shows ever created, since I never really thought about it and I only focus on the good ones, and apparently this is on a few of the lists that I saw. Don't know why, this show looks fine to me.
This show was a _Deal or No Deal_ ripoff from the jump. Plus, Bill Shatner was clueless as a game show host. ABC ceased production on this show after seven produced episodes-- only five of which aired. The network had ordered six more installments of this series, but after steadily declining ratings (the show's ratings peaked with its pilot episode), ABC canceled this series.
With all the contestants getting excited about winning money Game Show Network should've called Rescue 911 then William Shatner would've narrated what had happened on his show.
This really needs the second round from the Italian original version, where it's about multiplication and division. That first contestant seems OK when she's actually answering the questions, but oh my goodness the squealing.
Show me the Money isn't the only show that copied off of Deal or No Deal, there's 3 other shows, there's The Colour of Money with Chris Tarrent "also from Who Wants to Be a Millionaire", Get Set For Life with Jimmy Kimmel, and Secret Fortune with Nick Knowles, and Secret Fortune is the best out of the bunch, and Set for Life is the worst.
@@tdickensheets Not really. This isn't straight luck and probability in the way that DOND is. The Colour of Money is definitely the worst of the bunch, though.
Since this game show was inspired by a popular catchphrase from Jerry Maguire, I personally would like to see a revival hosted by Tom Cruise. I think it would be really cool.
Lets be a little truth here. 1st off the value they took home aka that 740,000 win I mean how can you pay it off in 10 years. (just saying) 2ed off the models. 3ed off production. 3ed off graphics.4th off ehh I got nothing. but that's the main reasons why It went off air and OH I know 4th reason rateings and viewers!!! (just thought of that now)
Good to see Eve Torres! This game show was very underrated, it never really got a chance. The concept was good.
It looked like a less-refined DOND
Vietnamese Version is actually better than the original version, 2 rounds, 1 with Plus and Minus, 1 with Multiply and Division. Search for Khắc Nhập Khắc Xuất, ok!
Yeah that's what I'm saying when dond went in syndication they can do is there concept redo the rules a little bit and I still would be fun
I agree but thanks to two other game shows I can make two changes and bring this back and it would work
Someone needs to bring this back i dont care if millionaire and dond fans say that they hate this show.
Nice thing about this game show is that it forces the player to continue on without backing out.
This is actually episode 2, from Nov. 22, 2006. The first episode was 90 minutes long, and started with a contestant named Matt.
It's the most machinist thing I have ever seen!

I like it too. It was, like you said, Deal or No Deal with trivia questions which makes this show a combination of Deal or No Deal and Millionaire.
These are incredibly easy questions for such a large jackpot.
WHY CANT THEY BRING THIS BACK ON NBC!!! I LOVE THE FORMAT AND IT'S JUST NERVE-RACKING TO THINK WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
It aired on ABC, NBC had Deal or NO Deal.
You really have no clue what makes a good game show, do you?
bhayes06 I I do know.
cutemimi25 I wasn't referring to you, cutemimi, I was referring to Christopher Nurse.
bhayes06 Oh okay.
Don't forget that William Shatner hosted Rescue 911 on CBS and in syndication.
Shay White CALL 9-1-1 NOW!!!!
This is literally Deal or No Deal with trivia questions
I tried out for this show when I was visiting LA
As I remember correctly, one of the dancers Yesenia later went on to co-host another ABC show National Bingo Night
And we all know how THAT turned out.
@@JonesDylan874 I still feel like their are court cases going on since what they did violates so many federal laws. It was because of the original Tic Tac Dough in the 50's that started that nonsense
I feel like the killer card should've been called he showstopper card.
I just watched this and thought the exact same thing lol. Killer card. So hokie.
Love me some William Shatner but HOLY HELL is he not suited to host game shows.
I liked this game, was very disappointed when it was cancelled.
I wonder if they are bringing this show back. This show was awesome.
Just like Set for life, probably not since ABC is nothing but just axing good shows like what happened with Downfall, 101 Ways to leave a gameshow and 500 questions.
+cutemimi25 except all those shows were bad. ABC doesn't produce good game shows.
Gameshowboy 92 Then explain why 500 questions is back for another season.
500 questions?! Ever heard of such show. Can you upload it?
+Brandon Sugiura There's already a few episodes of 500 questions on here.
29:31 WINNER !!
30:17 “Now back to Show Me the Money!”
Also spotted a young Julianna Hough.
I can imagine Shatner was probably in the moment they mentioned the dancers.
I wasn't aware that Bill was such a good dancer.
I met Bill on the last day of august this year... he's really quite a guy
Nice guy?

William Shatner? Hey, he was on Star Trek the original series!

Eve Torres

I'll choose #9 😂😂😂
I think Dua Lipa learned dancing from these girls

Brandon Martin-Moore like a squeaker on every CoD online matches.
As an American, that would have gone over like a lead balloon.
The pointless dancers reminded me of "The Running Man". Based on the time stamp and font, this likely was recorded on a Panasonic VCR.
Julianne Hough
There’s Julianne Hough who was also on this show before Dancing With the Stars!
Julianna Hough is one of the dancers.
Darn it, I liked this show!!! Julianne Hough, baby!!!
This was a great game show but it is too much like Deal or No Deal with questions. I love the dancers though.
Even though tis game came BEFORE DoND...
rodney1279 starring Captain James T. Kirk.

Poor ratings mainly. The show had competition from American Idol and the timeslots shifted too.
