Hi hun I shake me legs out and journal to release watching movies that also helps me release. Music is very powerful for me too wonderful to hear your voice again
I journal like crazy to keep my emotions flowing...sometimes page after page after page...because I was a therapist, I don't find personal therapy at all helpful (clinicians are the hardest clients, you know!), but often just sitting in a group and listening to others is very helpful.
In the past I ate over my emotions and this got to be so "successful" that I did not have to feel anything. So the main way I express my emotions is through first feeling them by remaining abstinent in my food. Then I have a circle of people who I know love me unconditionally and with them I can 'live my life out loud.' Meaning, I can share with them openly the twists and turns of my life. I am ever grateful for these friends. Thank you for your videos.
the way I deal with my emotions and the stored tension in my body is by focussing. Eugene Gendlin developed this method. Anyone can do it, as long as you take the rest and the time to feel what your body wants to tell you. This method has given my life so much depth. I can recommend it. Gift yourself a course.
To keep my emotions flowing daily I practice yoga meditate and write journal. What I have found to help me a lot is also talking to myself as I would talking to a friend. Thank you for this video 🌻Namaste 🙏💃
I sometimes speak out what I feel to myself. So I feel heard and from there I sit with it and try to pacify myself.
Like a cats meow, this is Amazing 👏 💜 🙏 when I read this comment I knew immediately it was my next step in self healing
