@@weekends3600 I’m neck deep in it at the moment so I know I have nothing to say to someone looking towards recovery besides being completely honest with your doctor. mine was very thankful that i opened up to her and gently pushed me towards the right direction. its ultimately our choice to do what’s best for us. ❤️

If you feel like your number on the scale is too high or too low just know that your body is different and unique from everyone’s else’s nobody is the same. Their skinny could be your fat. Please don’t doubt yourself and feel like you don’t deserve to eat you deserve it so much and you’re beautiful, and it’s ok to struggle just take it little by little. Try eating smoothies or easier foods. YOU GOT THIS!! PLEASE DONT GIVE UP!! YOU ARE WORTH IT I BELIEVE THAT YOU WILL GET THROUGH THIS.

you can genuinely tell how good of people they are and that they are so real. this honestly hit pretty hard for me because i’ve always struggled with self confidence and knowing that someone as gorgeous as montana struggled with the same thing blows my mind but shows how messed up the world is that pressures people to look a certain way. i am so happy for her that she decided to get them removed for the sake of her health because her and ryan truly deserves happiness ❤️

Montana I’ve been through all that you said. And it’s so true that nothing matters when you’re not healthy. I wanted to do a nose job and suddenly I realized I wouldn’t feel myself. Im happy i didn’t do it and Im happy I worked on myself, on self-love and self-confidence. I also had an episode of depression of how I look like, and how I should look. Some time after I was diagnosed with enometriosis and a skin disease (autoimmune folliculitis). Since than I only think of being healthy and my look doesnt even matter if my body isnt healthy. Now I prioritize everything that has to do with being healthy. My mindset has changed and i feel more in peace with how I look now that I’m focusing on being healthy. Sorry for my english, i hope everything goes well for you and wish you health and happiness.

Hi Montana! I’m never one to comment but despite not having and/or had breast implants, I’ve been suffering with chronic illness related to mold toxicity and heavy metal toxicity. It DOES get better and how you feel will always outweigh outward appearance (btw you are gorgeous anyways!) I have said the exact words you have and have experienced/can still experience the same symptoms you mentioned (especially the debilitating fatigue). Healing is possible ❤️ always remember that! You will feel like you again soon enough 🥰

First, you were and continue to be absolutely beautiful.. with or without the implants! So you do whatever you have to do to feel like your best self! Second, I feel like people don’t realize how STRONG a woman’s intuition is. You always know know deep down when something just isn’t right.. even when doctors are like no you’re fine. Like NO I’m telling you I’m not! So I’m glad that you kept advocating for yourself and found the answers you needed. And lastly, (not that you need it) in the future if you ever find yourself feeling like you wish you could go bigger without having implants, you could always do a fat transfer. But ultimately just know that you have other options.. one being to just love the skin your in 🤍 wishing you the best and I hope that after this is over you get back to feeling free 🤍🤞🏻🙌🏻

I had this thought for a while of getting breast implants because of my insecurities of my breasts and how they look. I’ve recently started eating a lot healthier and making healthier habits. And this video right here, has inspired me to know that I don’t need to make any change to my body that isn’t me.

ely insecure over my body and especially the way my breast look. I have 36 DDs and sometimes I feel like they’re ugly big and sometimes I feel like they’re small.
I have developed bad eating habits because I don’t like the way I look. Like I’d have a meal a day and that meal would be two cups of yogurt. Go to the doctor and they tell me I’m the right weight for a 5”2’ female.
But Montana never fails to inspire me to be happy and healthy and love who i am ❤️
