Watch Sifu Davis throw David around like a ragdoll.
Sifu Lamar M. Davis II is the Executive Director/Head Instructor of the Hardcore Jeet Kune Do Chinese Gung Fu Association. He is the founder of the Hardcore Jeet Kune Do approach to training in Bruce Lee's art and science of Jeet Kune Do. Sifu Davis has been training in the martial arts since 1967, and has done nothing but Wing Chun Gung Fu, Jun Fan Gung Fu and Jeet Kune Do since 1979.

Lycan is a philosophy for life every bit as much as it is a place to train self defense.
David has spent more than 30 years in and around the martial arts industry. Starting with more traditional martial arts such as Tae Kwon Do, Goju-ryu karate and classical (Japanese) Jiu Jitsu, David has since expanded into various other systems along the way. He has trained extensively in Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, Israeli Krav Maga, various systems of Filipino Martial Arts such as Kali, old Keysi Fighting Method, and Defence Lab fight science.
David has also spent a considerable amount of time in teaching several of these systems. It is his belief that we all have the potential to not only have the means and skill to defend ourselves in dire circumstances, but that we should also use our training as a channel to better improve our everyday lives. David considers himself a lifetime student, and while he may be teaching, he is always learning and trying to improve.

The idea is to hit and keep hitting not to look for a trap , when you feel a barrier, engage the trap and hit, this along with guntings and destructions to the opponent’s arm does work, great vid.

We had just finished a very intense 2 day training camp. If I had to bet, I'd say he was probably pretty tired. He brought maximum effort into that weekend, and then agreed to shoot this video with us.
Either that or he was thinking of all the fun ways to slam me around...🤣

Can you show these moves in sparring? Cuz nobody ever seems to be able to pull them off against uncooperative opponents and I guess you aren't able to as well.
