Anna will never leave you dissapointed. You will always be drenched and feeling stronger. I like that there was no jumping except for the warm up there are run in place and butt kicks. I started off with 10 lbs but it felt too light so I went up to 20 lbs, towards the end I went down to 15lbs. Those push ups bounce ( forgot what they are called)were a killer ❤

Hari ini sebenarnya kondisi saya belum terlalu baik, tapi saya rindu bergerak dan berkeringat. Dan saya menemukan video ini. Sungguh luar biasa, saya bisa mengikuti dan menyelesaikannya dengan baik. Thank you so much for helping me get my health up I'm even starting a good diet I'm not following anyone else's but mine and I'm really excited to create my own workouts but also doing this one this is my absolute favorite one I can't do a certain ones because I'm only 12 but I'm still making great progress off topic but my blue heeler had puppies and we are keeping two but one boy we are not keeping but the other one his name is Applejack we are keeping him and he is always beside me doing my workouts and the other boy that we are keeping he's also always beside me and I really love these dogs so it also helps you regain confidence if you have some sort of pal and it's always right beside you or I can always get out my bearded dragon so this is what I'm trying to say here is you should totally get out of pets or something that will always be beside you and just let them sit beside you while doing your workout and it will also help you focus a lot more
