[ Sharing my experience with noodles ( you can ignore this if you wish ) : I left eating noodles many years ago because i noticed its drawbacks. I read about it and learned that the noodles masaalaa/tastemaker powder contains harmful levels of sodium and also other ingredients which can easily trigger anxiety, stress, headache, mood fluctuations, laboured breathing, etc. Plus, if we eat noodles or such high sodium containing hot soupy ( or hot beverage like tea or coffee in incorrect way and at improper time ), then the body can easily develop fever or intense headache. Noodles are just to please the tongue. Don't eat unhealthy food items like, noodles, for 1 week, and see the change in your health. Simple things like freshly prepared "pohaa" with tomato, potato, onion, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves is a better alternative. Can you see the nutritional value of pohaa ? Taste + health.
