Absolutely, Carman IS THEE MOST creative writer, singer, entertainer, worshiper, teacher...very creative...this was one of the strongest draws I had for his awesome work for our Lord. God bless and heal him completely! We are not ready to let go of our brother, Lord.
I was finally diagnosed with bipolar disorder in September 2001, for real! I was on medication until the beginning of 2023 when all of a sudden I was coming off all of the medication and Jesus totally healed me and delivered me! I was like a zombie for years! I couldn’t cry, I couldn’t read a book anymore because my attention span was so short, and I read all the time before that and loved to read, including the Word of God, I ended up gaining 75 pounds. I cried out to my Jesus for years and suddenly I was totally set free! Only the power of the Blood! Hallelujah!!!

Carman has been on my mind steadily for some time. I played some old songs i got into decades ago but it wouldnt go away. I know a while back he had cancer. I saw a show where he was talking about beating the cancer. Usually when i cant get someone i care about out of my mind for any length of time it usually means they are in trouble ,sick or dead by the time i locate them. Im hoping im not about to find out bad news. Carnens music helped get me thru some very difficult times in my teenage years. Prob kept me from killing my abusive step parent. He doesnt deserve the respect required to be called a step father. Thanks Carmen for being that voice in my head talking me out of ending that violent relationship the way i wanted .

Sweetie, I have bipolar friends. It is a very real disorder. I think what was being said wasn't about you at all. It was about dishonest people who use that and pretend to have it when really they don't. I know a few people who do that too and that's not good. It makes it harder for real people who have the disorder to be taken seriously. It wasn't aimed at legitimate sufferers but at others who pretend they're bipolar or have some other condition to get attention or get away with stuff.

Just reviewing much of Carman's videos on You Tube over the past days. Per the usual... Carman gets mixed reviews. Probably not the best to use bipolar as an analogy. If you get past that he's making a case for the human condition. The scripture he uses is an Old Testament text....the 23rd Psalm. Perhaps not the best to describe the state of us as New Testament believers. As New Testament "grace people" we have a new nature. We are new creatures in Christ. We don't have dual natures. Yes we have to renew our minds which still operate under the "old man". It's a process and we still have weaknesses and strongholds in the mind. That's why we have to renew it with the Word of God to find out who we are in Christ. So if he's using this message to justify sin and weakness, it's not going to fly under the auspices of being a new creature in Christ. When we find a weakness or a sin that easily entangles us we should admit it and confess and learn to have victory over it, not condone it. James of the book of James in the Bible says "a double-minded" man is unstable in all his ways. So the case for condoning a dual nature as a Christian is not validated in scripture. The idea that were all "just dust" is not validated either. As Andrew Wommack says were 1/3 wall-to-wall Holy Ghost. In our spirit we have the power of the Holy Ghost. That's the very power that raised Jesus from the dead. We have no excuse to retain our weaknesses or sins. No, It doesn't mean were perfect. We still sin and make poor judgments. But in Christ we can move forward and rid ourselves of sin and weakness. Additionally....yes the negative that a person does doesn't mean that it negates the good the person does but it does make me wonder about their character. Bill O'Reilly says you can't use good behavior to justify a person's bad behavior. Additionally if you are a leader in the body of Christ, there are Biblical standards for you to maintain to be a leader. I Timothy 3:2-12 lists these qualifications. No sloppy agape here. If there are weaknesses in a Christian wannabe leader, he or she will have to have overcome them before he or she takes a leadership role in the body of Christ. If these weaknesses manifest while a person is in leadership, then they will be asked to step down to resolve them.
Hi sister. You are indeed very correct. We have no excuses for our weakness because Jesus Christ has given us the Holy Spirit.

+MissTia77 Pray for Carman, he got diagnosed with incurable cancer last Valentines Day. He started radiation and chemo treatment this September. His channel he talks about not being diagnosed for 5 years until he found a doctor who knew what he was doing. They gave him 3 to 5 years to live, he looks much different now than when this video was taken.

Anyone who has BiPolar Disorder, please watch the other videos. There are 3. Yes, this is offensive to those with the genetic disorder and h should not have said this. But on the other videos, he says just because you/I have problems, does not mean you put your calling on hold on what God has for you to do. I do think he needs and probably met some people since this video that has the genetic disorder.

"Bipolar" is an unfortunate choice of terminology but not a hateful one surely. It is the same as the term "born again" there is no rebirth. Sooner or later we all come to the realization that there is only one God. To believe in God is to believe in yourself. Too simple an idea? Why would God make living and loving so difficult? God is all about love and forgiveness where as errant humans are all about sin,blame and punishment....."there are none so blind as those who will not see" .....have a great life people and God Bless you and guide you.

As someone who has this disorder it hurts me to see it misrepresented this way.
Seriously? I was saved in 94 (aged 27), was diagnosed bipolar 2 in 2010. Was I saved ? Absolutely. Is the Bible the word of God ? Depends on your version. I weigh what Carmen/TBN etc save against the KJV1611. They talk a lot of rubbish. Don't believe me , read it. I was saved in to a full charismatic church (why do you think I bought R.i.o.t on cassette). Now 51 I am still unmedicated bipolar 2 and still know without doubt I was saved . Not bad for a logical mind with 154 iq and a science degree. Don't trust me or anyone, trust the word of God. AND if it contradicts what you were taught , choose. The easy way, believe what pastor says, or , trust God. I went for the latter.

He was trying to make a point about people using the supposed “bipolar disorder” to their advantage. I have bipolar 1. I have met him and have seen/heard enough of him in his personal life when he lived to know wasn’t speaking ill of us or trying to invalidate our existence. He admitted he wasn’t fully educated on the exact phraseology or medical lingo and that’s clear, but his heart was in the right place.

There is a HUGE difference between people medically diagnosed with Bi-Polar and those who simply lack self-control. Bi-polar is not synonymous with violent behavior. I think his analogy is ignorant.
I agree. Mentall illness is something that a person is born with. Someimes it lays dormant or it's triggered. I believe if a mentally ill person is abused as a child and does not get help in time, their adult life will be very difficult.

Ok so i stopped him at 3 min. WTflip . I spent decades thinking i was mad before i was diagnosed BiPolar. (in the UK) . Also if it wasnt for the grace of God i would not of coped. Im still alive because of the grace of God. JESUS is my Lord and my Saviour and i dont need some money grabbing tbn ,etc, to tell me that. I use my KJV to weigh up what im told. Sadly it tells me that what i see on tv (tbn, god tv etc) aint biblical. They may as well be mormon or jw. They aint Christian. . .

Jesus Christ came into this world to reach those who feel that nobody cares. The Lord’s unfailing love surrounds the one who trusts in Him. The Lord Jesus Christ does care and He is reaching the lonely and the desperate, the confused and the hurt, the depressed and the disillusioned. Jesus Christ is reaching out to you.
“But God demonstrates His own love toward us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Rom 5:8
As we turn away from our sin and turn to Christ we find forgiveness and freedom.
Jesus Christ is a Friend to the friendless.
He is a Helper to the helpless.
He gives freedom to the addicts.
He loves the unloved.
He accepts the outcasts.
He changes the unchangeable.
He forgives the unforgivable.
He accomplishes the impossible.
He saves sinners.
He seeks the lost.
He gives direction to the aimless.
He gives hope to the disillusioned.
He gives Truth to the confused.
He gives joy to the depressed.
He gives purpose to the purposeless.
He gives hope to the hopeless.
He redeems and He renews.
He touches and transforms.
He answers prayer.
He works miracles before our eyes.

God gives the very best to those who leave the choice to Him.
Have you surrendered your life to Christ? Pray to God and give Him all the bad things in your life: your hurts, disappointments, fears, failures and sins. Give them to Him and leave them with Him. Let Jesus Christ heal you inside and forgive you and cleanse you. He will change you and turn your sorrows into joys and your fears into peace of heart and mind. Submit to Him and He will give you a new direction in life.

Jesus Christ gives us a new start in life and a new life to start. You not only need to surrender all your sins and failures to Him, but all the good things that He has entrusted to you as well: your talents and your abilities, your plans and your opportunities, your energy and your time, as well as your love.
I came here thinking Carman was going to make a revelation about having been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Within a few minutes, I was saddened, sickened, and horrified at what I was seeing and hearing on this. Spreading hate and ignorance from a pulpit in a church is no different than spewing propaganda from behind a podium on a political platform. There is nothing humorous about bipolar disorder. Carman is displaying his extreme condescending attitudes and holier-than-thou stances does *nothing* for the church. It turns people away. Its makes the church separatist, elitist, and judgmental. The snickers in the audience and his facial expressions were disgusting. My father was a "cop" too, and that is an occupation pretty full of arrogant individuals. Prior to seeing this today, I was a Carman fan. I am not so sure now. I need time to process this. Very cruel to be so dismissive of an already marginalized segment of society so callously. And those in churches wonder why church membership is low ? I am all for churches, am Christ-centered, and I love God, and Jesus is my Lord and Saviour. This makes me so sad. And I bet I am not the only One. For whatsoever you do unto the least of these, you do also onto me ... and if the mentally ill do not fall somewhere near the least of these, hmm. Namaste.
You need to rewatch,because you totally mis understood the whole video. IT was not making fun of actual Bi-Polar people. HE was saying Christians act similar to people with Bi-polar. HE was not making fun of them.

Please don't be judgemental to this person. I was appalled at this first video also. I listened to the other 2 and got the message. But not everyone will go on to hear the whole 3 messages and therefore get wounded. it is the illness that causes this. Not the person.
People will still judge you because they don't understand. I pick that up and to be honest I bet u would judge a homeless man in a church for what he dresses like and if he ask for money to buy food u would turn the other way. Also to I don't think you fully understand gods words a lot of people don't but when he comes to you and you are lifted up high above your body and u look down to see your body laying there then you look up and see jesus coming down in a white cloak and u drop down to your knees by the power of christ and u look up and see his face in a bright light and u hear a deep voice telling you not to worry you are safe with me. Then u ask can u go with him and he replies no its not your time yet and you think about that and wonder why he said that to you. I have changed a lot over years and how I see it you are not suppose to judge or talk about someone without giving them a chance. Cause jesus was talk about and judged for what he said and done. So to be honest with you you need to watch yourself cause god does watch and listen and knows what you think and say b4 you even do it. A real Christian is in your heart mind and soul u don't have to go to churches to be saved as thy said cause a lot of churches will be quick to judge people for anything and run as a cult instead of the holy place of the lord. I heard a Sunday school teacher tell me and the rest in church that God and jesus was not the same person....she is wrong the way I see it and feel in my heart mind and soul jesus was god in the flesh cause no other man could do all the things he has done and gave his own soul and flesh and blood for our sins on the cross that Friday and rise on that sunday! I fight my demons everyday and I don't care what problems I go through in life cause in the end no matter what happens to me I know I will always be safe. So please stop judging someone when you don't understand this man.. growing up listing to this man as a kid and my grandfather which was a Sunday school teacher is what got me to have faith in the Lord. We all backslide but it's the truth that will always bring us back and never loose that true faith. It certainly appears to me that this individual does not have knowledge of what bipolar illness is. It is not bad behavior, ever. If he did he would know that bipolar episodes are cyclic. A person's behavior will not change in a single hour, or a single day, etc. It is a mood disorder that occurs over a period of time. His choice of using "bipolar holy roller" is most inappropriate and destructive to those that suffer from the illness. Not good pastor or minister.

Also, I have worked with people with bi-polar. It absolutely can contain what is usually considered "bad behavior" and it also has greatly varying timelines - some quite short. I have experienced Carmen's ministry to be very powerful.

It's apparent you do not know anything about being bipolar either. My father is bipolar and YES, he changes in an instant! I was diagnosed as being bipolar because I can become very angry IN AN INSTANT over nothing and be very depressed about life one day and the next be happy as a bumblebee. The doctors even had me on 37 pills a day for it that I took for 3 years before realizing meds are not the answer. Until YOU fully understand it yourself, do not claim that others do not understand it.
@@donaldwilliamfry In total agreement with you. I worked in ER, saw this everyday and some of the nurses, male and female are still bi-polar! I never knew what end of the pendulum they would be on. And they could be quite frightening when out if control.
