      You have to fillet from there butthole and work your way around. Trigger piccata is my go to with them.

    I used to go offshore fishing. Get beat up all day long and very $$$$. I sold my Maco and bought a Carolina Skiff. I catch plenty of fish up in the river in 2' of brackish water. Still good eating, A lot more relaxing , A whole lot cheaper and I'm not beat up from the ride at the end of the day.

      That boat is quick , I’ve been on it. Took us around 1.5 hours but it was a nice ride on the beanbags. If you want to catch some fish get in that boat !

    They get much larger than that. Used to catch 30lb+ ocean tally out of Boynton Beach Inlet

    A very tough fish to clean, will dull your blade. Pro tip -Reverse filet starting up the vent.

    80 me out is pretty crazy to just be catching triggerfish but I will say that there are some of the hardest fighting fish pound-for-pound that I've ever caught and they make the best fish tacos ever

    Triggers can be absolutely obnoxious. They love to get snagged and have to be pretty large to keep iirc.
