I paid $100 for the passive income thing video. The problem is it's done with fake or test networks, using HardHat while displaying in the video using Ganache. Doing a real deal on the main net is pretty much a nightmare with all kinds of problems I encountered just trying to deploy a simple crypto token a year ago. Anyway good learning but this whole blockchain thing is well complicated and a bit like entering the world of Quantum mechanics, Things can get really weird and unpredictable.

Hang on, what I don't get is, a flashloan is paid back in the same transaction, whereas you earn a small APR on compound for keeping your loan / deposit in for a longer period of long time (as per APR, annually at least to get that %), so how does getting a flashloan help? We just paid it back so we still get to keep however much we own inside the compound smart contract ONLY and not the FL amount, I'm confused, I do understand arbitrage can earn you a lot more with a FL, but not LP'ing, can anybody explain the logic please, unless this is just a click bait?
Regular Defi loan: put money in which earns interest and you get most back to use
Flash loan: one transaction to perform arbitrage

I’m confused with this. You may be getting 1.29% rewards compound token interest on borrowing but you still need to pay the 3.29% borrowing rate. How does this work?
Ahh I assume it’s because the lending at 1.54% + 0.69% + 1.29% is > 3.29%?
I think the fee above 3% is cancelled out. It’s 3.35%, by the way.

One major flaw, you said deposit $30 and borrow $70. But these are over-collateralized loans. You can't do that. What gives? I know flash loans. That doesn't change the fact that most loan protos are ~60% overcollateralized.

I believe he had misspoke in this video. Supply 70, flashSwap 30, deposit 100, borrow 30 to payback flashSwap (sans fees)

When you say the flash loan strategy is something you've "used". why don't u actually say "currently use". Just because you know how to code a few lines to make a flash loan, doesn't mean you'll make more in profit than you'll spend in crypto transaction fees, etc.

You are saying thar the interrst rates cancel each other out, but you are earning 1.54% on $30 and need to pay 3.39% on $70 loan. It doesnt make sense, how would those cancel each other out?
Can borrowing a loan for a fee of 3.39% be done without coding?
He might, just might, be referring to a flash loan, which you pay 0.05% for, because that is the fee charged by Aave. This would make more sense.
Now only projects based on technology can bring good profits. Study the sai and roadmap of the project before investing in full
