In the very first clip, if FIBA wants the officials to call a flop called as a Technical Foul, then that is what the officials will call it.
We can agree, or not all day long, but it is what it is.

What the announcer said was, "I understand that the officials want to put a stop to it (the flopping), but that call doesn't need to be made here."
The announcers are clueless. Now read my comment. The officials are going to call this the way they are told to by FIBA
