My gyser is producing low water pressure on the the tap wgat is the problem

The inlet is fine, water is heating, the drainage is letting out cold water, but the hot water outlet is not dispensing any water, there is no blockage, no vacuum/air, what could be the reason??

Small tank consists auto control valve of water flow into the solar tank. Quantity consumed is equal to the quantity of water required so that tank may always get completely filled . As flow of water rin electric geaser ,you know Well . Thanks a lot. Sir.
