Andrew seriously I think you've been playing too much piano I say that because you seem to have a wrist band and as I see the shape of it seem more a of muscular thing. It happend to me when I practice too much my wrist gets tired and if you keep it going even if it gets tired I fear the inguries for serisouly think about it ok. Take breaks when you need to and even if you skip a week no real human being will get that on your back ok mate. ;) Take care of yourself
When I play a lot of heavy stuff, I sometimes wear a wrist brace to help me get through. I don't play through pain, I've learned how to manage what I do because I've gone through plenty of injuries. XD
