Tokusatsu fan here: The little details are what really make this special. Stuff like the fully masked Green sharing VA with a Kamen Rider, and the over exaggeration of the stereotypes of real sentai rangers. Along with all the background references to the genre. It’s a bloody love letter to tokusatsu
It's a shame JP toku fans hate it and 5tobun base doesn't support this series either.

This show literally just keeps getting better every episode! And the art and animation is so lit! The pacing with the voice acting is really good aswell.
I have a theory that yumeko is a boss of the dusters that survived and is also on an undercover mission to destroy the Keepers (anime only viewer)

One thing I love about this show (so far) is that it is an ACTUAL underdog story. None of this loser gets OP powers or anything.
This anime has gone from one that I didn’t have any anticipation for, to one that I look forward to the most every week!
Judging from the trailers, they had at least 4-5 episodes already done or almost finished, before the show started airing - hence, the animation got better at episode 3, despite not being that great in episode 2 (simply because the situations in episode 3 were more important to the plot). The quality of animation might not stay consistent throughout the series... but as long as the director stays the same, it might be great. He has a very clever way to put the story together - and quite a good grip on what the meat of the manga is. The adaptation is slightly different from the manga, he cuts out unnecessary things and condenses the storytelling into the right moments - even adding little animation jokes, details in emotion and interesting camera. I love the way he does that, but I am a bit afraid of the quality going down after episode 5.
I've heard the entire 1st cour has already been completed, though I'm not sure how to true that is. Even if it were already done, that doesn't mean it will be totally consistent but ya
Reason why I really liked Go Go Loser Ranger so far because as if Garou was the main protagonist of One Punch Man instead of Saitama and Garou would be happy for D. It refreshing to see how unique the protagonist is instead of copying typical shonen protagonist trope, I do really hope D will get nominated best anime main character of the year
I usually don't get super invested in a seasonal anime this early, but I'm already excited for the new episode of RR each week.
After just 3 episodes, there are already several characters and plot threads I could speculate and theorise about.
D's death is interesting. I think I'm leaning towards him actually being dead, but I'm not very confident about it.
Hope they are able to make S2. I would love to see it.

The manga is PEAK. The storyline is packed with plot twists that keep you hooked from start to finish. The story as well as the art is epic, making it a truly unforgettable experience. Definitely a must-watch. Negi really upped his game since Quintessential Quintuplets.
I was starting to get attached to D also Tokukatsu said pretty much the same thing as the red ranger but it was a lie so I think D was more just untrustworthy of him.
We got 2 good seasons of anime back to back
D lost his arm but he could regenerate from his lost arm if it’s possible
There are times you ask speculative questions about where things may go, but you've mentioned how you've read into the manga, so you know where it's going to be going. Makes the questions come across oddly
I've not read the entire thing, only up until probably... I'd say the middle of the next arc? Not enough to cover all 12 episodes of this cour. I'll try to communicate that better in the next video! Thank you for mentioning it.

Also the bag with the two rangers on it were from Denji sentai Megaranger aka Power rangers in space in the US lol and the other ranger was blue not green because there wasnt a green ranger in that season just a black ranger
I thought this was going to be a better than average adaptation but this episode got me super into the series again. It is clear the studio is clearly either passionate about this show or passionate about finally doing something other than gacha anime for once
They talking romance tropes make me realize that the mangaka just want to see something different. Now I understand why that character feel like new girl get introduce half way the stories in harem anime and less popular type/personality in QQ

I just watched what amounts to a low level putty grunt threaten a side character associated with the Rangers with blowing themselves up, then bash that guys head in with a golf club. This show slaps

I forgot that Solo Leveling isn't part of this season of anime, cause otherwise I would have said that. It was too PEAK not to be considered the best of its season.
