What I love about this ship is that they're natural.they don't need to show too much affection like other bl couples as fanservice. Them being themselves are alrdy fanservice enough and I prefer it stays this way. They shall love each other forever as best friends. Let me see if I got this right: they planned a trip for Valentine's Day, just the two of them, and booked a room with just one bed in a luxurious hotel? Even if everything else was just coincidental, why would they book a room with just one bed instead of two beds? I could get over the rest, but this fact is very suspicious. I could see myself doing everything else with my female friends, but I'd never book a single-bed room (and I'm also a girl!)
For men sleeping in a same room and in the same bed is fine. If there's no malice in it. Men aren't women who really needs privacy during night. Most especially if the hotel that they're staying was fully booked. It's a hotel remember? Aside of the truth that it's a hotel, it's also a Valentine's day. So I don't know where did the idea of sleeping in the same bed just the two of them is suspicious. The thing that is suspicious is the fact that they freed their schedule, and didn't asked someone else to accompany them, they just made sure that it's only 2 of them who celebrated the Valentine's together.
@@marianagarghettibuss5289 I get you. It's just that men that are friends sleeping beside each other in a single bed isn't new. Most especially straight men. Them being straight (if they were) will not lessen if they will sleep in the same bed. Most especially that they can't get pregnant. So that's really not an issue. Besides they already kissed. Tay almost eat New in their series. So there's no any line or barrier that must not be touched between them anymore. And New had a girlfriend that time. His girlfriend isn't an actress so why among all of the people that he'll be with to celebrate Valentine's why Tay? Why not his girlfriend? That's the suspicious thing for me. And besides why would they think about being macho or the criticisms or judgement of their sexuality if they already accepted the job of kissing a same sex person.

Actually, for woman is the same. Here in Brazil you'll hardly see two guys sleeping in the same bed unless they are relatives (it's not very "macho" to sleep with your buddy around here, which is stupid as f*ck), but girls will do it all the time. I've done it countless time with my friends when I slept over at their houses, either because there's just one available bed or because it was more pratical than setting up a matress. I get that this is just a cultural thing and that in other places it might mean nothing at all for two guys to share a bed. That's why what I think it's suspicious is not the fact that they sleept on the same bed, per se. But when you have a choice, like when you book for a room, I wouldn't choose a single bed over a double bed to stay somewhere with my friend! That's what bugs me. It could be the case that the place was fully booked, but since it was Valentine's Day, wouldn't it be more likely that the double-bed rooms would have been gone first? And I agree, the rest is hella suspicious too (only the two of them? a very luxurious resort?) but it could be justifiable somehow (their friends' schedule was full, they wanted to indulge in some luxury, idk). I guess we will never know. But unless the hotel was really fully booked, I can't find a reason for the decision to choose a double bed in such a scenario that doesn't go beyond the "best friend" frontier.
@@scarletmj1535 Now my answer: Yes, I don't think there's any problem with men sleeping in the same bed. It doesn't affect their masculinity. This is just a bigoted view that people have around here, sadly. But I don't think the line blurs that much. To kiss and be intimate during shooting, for professional reasons, it's in a complete different league than doing it for personal reasons. I think the barriers would still stand... But that's beside the point here. As I said, it's not the fact, but the reason behind the decision that bugs me. But since we will never have all the information about the context of their trip and about what happened there, we can just guess and supose.
But about New and his girlfriend... I thought they had aleready broken up by the time he and Tay traveled to Phuket? If not, everything becomes a lot more suspicious indeed!
@@LueMeldane Yeah we don't have any information about that things. We don't know what are the things between them too. But there's only one thing that's for sure both of them are important to each other. I'm sure Tay really likes New. Until what label I'm not sure... Brother, or romantically I'm not sure. Tay isn't that affectionate or showy. But he once did washed New's feet without something in return. From my vocabulary it's called "unconditional love". 5555+
Actually I'm not sure but TayNew shippers said that New broken up with his girlfriend just 4 or 5 months ago. And they had celebrated the Valentine's which is on February or 9 months ago. So I guess they are still together (I'm not sure).
