my problem is it will get stuck on the splash screen for 20 minutes. then it goes and the company logos show up and then it goes to a black screen for 20 more minutes, and then it boots to the main menu but when i hit enter to start it says im offline when im not.
Wdym bypass? I'm trying to play the official version not a pirated version. It's currently free on Epic Games. My friend loaded in just fine but mine is stuck

I verify the game files and then I enabled auto update and now it works. This method did not however. If his method doesn't work for you try the one I did.
The fact that people are coming to this, now outdated video, looking to fix a game issue... I don't think you need to explain that they have to download and install Epic Games Launcher. They have already done that, dude.
