alright so the game is awesome if you dont have it yet think of it as pokemon yellow, crustal, emerald, platinum all the same game the the main 2 before them but with a slight different story and changes in pokemon dislodge and difficulty. Yes pokemon Ultra Moon has AMAZING Post game that makes all those games cry but emerald had the battle frontier that ruby sapphire dint get and the post game was trying to get all the coins or what ever i only got the battle factory one lol. So dont be too sad when you find out its the same game with a few differences at first the plot wont spill tell about 24 hours in depending on your play style.
You may want to revisit Colress. He isn't really part of Team Plasma, isn't really Aether despite interactions with them, and have contacts with URS but likely also not really part of them...
There's some in game text from both games the suggest that this not the first iteration of the team and nanu might had led the first and even formed it.
