For anyone reading this Money matters but your interest matters too If you don’t love a job you won’t be able to grow in that particular field . Pick a field you love and which has a demand in future even if the base salary is minimum and if you love your job . You can become top 10% in that job and you can probably earn a lot more than the field you thought at first which tempted you

I would disagree with the part of commercial pilots in Canada. They are the lowest paid compared to other countries. They would make around $200k after 15-20 years of struggle.
But you would be shocked after knowing what they go through...... Can be most interesting and frustrating job at the same time ....I Watched some interviews ..... And basically a person needs be highly skilled , proactive

I know a person here who earns around $125-150/ hr as a first officer and he is in that role for around 8 months
