Talha Yunus is writing a story/fiction(afsana) in which Talha Anjum is the main character. The story that follows is of Talha Anjum but in the climax we get two endings. In one he has an accident and is standing infront of Talha Younas and in the second he is standing infront of a mirror seeing himself as Talha Yunus(which means the both are same people). This means that the story which Talha Yunus writes is inspired from his own real past. The first story (the accident one) is what he writes(as you can see the diary in his hand) and the second scene (the mirror one) is actually what really happened.
Ok so the story is about Anjum and TY is playing a role of an angel whos writing the life of Anjum in a book. In the end Anjum died in an accident and his soul then can see Yunus.

In one he has an accident and is standing infront of Talha Younas and in the second he is standing infront of a mirror seeing himself as Talha Yunus(which means the both are same people). This means that the story which Talha Yunus writes is inspired from his own real past. The first story (the accident one) is what he writes(as you can see the diary in his hand) and the second scene (the mirror one) is actually what really happened.
