I think that she was able to perform and smile right after a horrible abuse session shows that this wasn't the first time. Prostitutes get like that too and she most likely was already used to the casting couch process. I always think it's strange how these women still depend on and marry men after that, you'd think they'd want to remain single the rest of their lives instead.

I must admit that you are the most meticulous fan of Joi Lansing I have ever come across. Your array of stills and screen grabs are amazing with many gorgeous never-before-seen shots. It's a pity she had to resort to silicon/botox treatment to enhance her cheeks and bust. You may have spotted her in the 1948 Esther Williams vehicle "Neptune's Daughter", where she played one of the swimsuit models. Her looks and body were just average. In one of your color shots from Marriage on the rocks with Frank, she looks absolutely gorgeous! There were also quite a few screen grabs of Joi with John Bromfield. Were these from his TV show "U.S. Marshal"? I notice that you did not carry any shots of Joi from Love that Bob aka The Bob Cummings Show [1955-59]. I am an ardent LISA GAYE fan, who co-starred with Joi in quite a few episodes from Love that Bob [The Models Revolt, Bob's one day to relax, Bob & Harvey go hunting, to name a few]. I do wish you had carried some shots of Joi with Lisa and Bob. Yes, not too long ago on this channel a woman claimed that she was in a 20-year long affair with Joi. It's rather shocking to note that she was also with her sister in a similar relationship. Looks can be very deceiving. But, Sharon Stone's character in "Basic Instinct: [1992] broke the taboo when she was shown kissing another woman and claimed she swung both ways. Joi's sister too was quite a looker.
