Yeah, basically the first part is "attack音D" as you say, but they did slightly change with the instrument like there is some 'ticking' and other additional sounds in the original album version of attack音D right before it cut to AppleSeed. And the anime version of AppleSeed is more "light" version with some instrument removed (like drums, etc..) than the ones in the Album version.
